I found the website difficult- for example it describes needing to enter car registration but didn’t say where that would be entered -it was necessary to go through various FAQs to find the solution- also it would be helpful if it suggested to have the VO5 document ready as there a number of pieces of data that were required.
The other problem Ogaden was that when the transponder was delivered it’s instructions were all in German (fortunately my son had the English version)
On the other hand the delivery time was excellent- 6 days from order to delivery
Miserable Lieferung. Verspätung mehr als 1,5 Wochen NACH BEZAHLUNG!!!

Failed to mention that a deposit of EURO 75 would be required for the box, until after I had placed my order. Very poor.

Confusing response to questions submitted. Very aggressive on charging for a stolen box but very slow to actually take payment not on getting you back on the road. Only interesting getting stolen box charge. Now there are newcomers to the market that do multi-countries with one box I think these guys will become redundant.

Hi, tolltickets also offers a box with multiple countries. At every toll service provider you will pay a fee if you do not return the box. And this is also clearly stated in our commercial conditions. It is therefore difficult to understand why you are reproaching us...

After 7 years everything was fine. I have not received the last order. they don't respond and don't refund. I reported the transaction
It doesn't work.
The tool ticket is working because I can ear the signal at the barrier, but the barrier is not opening. Asking help the italian company sometimes opens the barrier, sometimes not and I have to pay with credit card.
