I love that Superbalist offers next day delivery (in main city hubs), this was an absolute saving grace for me as I had a last minute event dress disaster that with the next day delivery was completely solved. The returns process is also fantastic and I have never had an issue. The variety and range is great for so many occasions and preferences. Amazing clothing as well as home goods. I love that some of the brands include the size of the model which really helps in deciding which size to take as well as the size finder. My only suggestion is that as a user I have no idea how to leave a review of items though, and I’m sure I’m not alone as many items don’t have reviews.

Delivery was late. Seems like it was only attended to once I contacted you guys to complain.
Then I was told that one of my items was not available even though the app showed that it was.
You guys sent me a 20% discount which was not much less than the discount I would have received on the dress and now the dress in my size is sold out.
Very bad service. This has happened before and I've overlooked it but this problem doesn't seem to be addressed. I've also noticed other customers complaining about the same thing. So not impressed

The quality for plus sizes can be greatly improved. You don't need to wear "fat'' styled clothing that does not have a nice shape. Look at the American black people, they have such funky clothes. You do get it right, but very rarely. Also genuine leather boots and shoes sees very minimal.

A Week ago Superbalist damaged my order and just not delivered it, they then rescheduled the delivery to deliver yesterday, they did not come... the courier eventually arrived just now with only 1 chair. Your contact number also does not work.
LET ME KNOW WHERE MY OTHER CHAIR IS.

Underwhelmed
A little underwhelmed with the faux olive tree I ordered, for the price I expected it to be a bit longer. It's nice, makes the room brighter, just the length for me. had to have the dress altered by the bust as it came off tight and I did order my usual size.

Not so happy with the delivery timelines and staff at collection point in Stellenbosch
My delivery was late by 3 days and when fetching my package from the pick-up point in Stellenbosch there was no-one to assist with carrying the packages to my car. Items seemed fine when opening the packaging, however way too much packaging and wasted space.

I have contact superbalist, my parcel never got delivered, its gone, no one phone me on the day to say they were here, they said my neighbour took it, but he was away. I don't have my items, and no one can tell me what is going. I really want those items.

Order Cancelled with NO communication
They cancelled my order without advising why it was cancelled - how you have an item available and then all of a sudden do not is beyond me - but then no proper email to say sorry we messed up - just refund me like I am supposed to know what is happening!

The delivery team initially set to delivery on the 03 of May, change to 26th April and informed me on the same day of the delivery attempt. they some how lost my parcel(gave it to someone else) and the support with give you a run for your money!

You don’t stick to delivery dates and don’t communicate the delays, this inconveniences us as we make plans based on these dates. Secondly it’s happening very often that you don’t honour delivery of all ordered items due to inventory issues.

Exchange takes way too long. It’s unacceptable! Exchange should all happen the same time. Why should I wait for you to come collect the exchange item and then wait again to have other ones delivered? Buying from you is becoming a nightmare.

The Duvet Set isn't all that. Looks messy even.
The duvet set looks nice at first but it's supposed to be queen size but doesn't fit the duvet inner I bought which is also a queen size. My bed looks messy.
The side table and fitted sheets are perfect though. Love it

I received no updates about my order. After phoning numerous times, I fina;;y got through to someone and they said they'll refund me. 10 days later, and I am yet to be refunded! Furious and terrible terrible service!!

Items not really worth it
Would prefer to see more value for money. The items are still expensive. The mattress topper I bought is not worth it for the price I paid, I just kept it for convenience. It feels like a duvet inner though.
