I love that Superbalist offers next day delivery (in main city hubs), this was an absolute saving grace for me as I had a last minute event dress disaster that with the next day delivery was completely solved. The returns process is also fantastic and I have never had an issue. The variety and range is great for so many occasions and preferences. Amazing clothing as well as home goods. I love that some of the brands include the size of the model which really helps in deciding which size to take as well as the size finder. My only suggestion is that as a user I have no idea how to leave a review of items though, and I’m sure I’m not alone as many items don’t have reviews.

I logged a complaint on Google play. Never had an issue with Superbalist up until recently. Thede was bugs on the app which then incovenienced me heavily with a return. Superbalist then gave me a discount to make up for this. I used this discount but had to return everything as it didnt fit. So I lost out on the discount. Part of the returns was two jeans which didnt fit and Superbalist said its a 7 day return which I did not see as I know Superbalist has a 30 day return period which is very convenient for me as I travel alot. This particular return, I was travelling and did not have the items with me to return. Superbalist said they cant accept it as its outside the 7 day return period. This was another incovenience for me. I am a tall girl so I always buy two sizes to check which fits. Now I have two jeans that dont fit because Superbalist didnt accept the return. I turned to Zara app now as they have a 30 day return period on discounted items. I put this complaint on Google Play and Superbalist said I must contact customer care. I did not because of my previous experience and when I did contact customer care they did not accept the returns so why bother again .I will now stop using Superbalist due all the incovenience that happened.

You can definitely improve on your inventory accuracy.

You can definitely improve on your accuracy regarding inventory because this was not my first time purchasing an item that was later on out of stock. The fact that I am excitedly waiting for my order for days and then just to be told at the end of it that your item has been canceled is just the death of me...then, still waiting even longer for the refund. Too much frustration when shopping is meant to everything but that! That said, the customer service agents are always helpful and professional. Keep it up!

Most times you get it right, you deliver on estimated dates however, sometimes you take forever without any explanation, when we check the status of the order it will just say “processing” No one will communicate until we fight or in some cases until we reach out to your marketing team on Twitter/X Work on being pro-active if there are unexplainable delays. As customers we are understanding 9/10 the problem only occurs when no one in your team communicates.

Delivery Options

I wanted to change my delivery option from collection to delivery. My order qualified for free delivery, however, when I spoke to your agents I was informed that they are unable to change this as the system does not allow for this. So was a bit of a schlep to collect my order as I have moved. I selected delivery, went out of the screen and back, and it defaulted back to collection.

Customer query resolution processes leave a lot to be desired. I sent an email because an item was not delivered, a ticket was created and an agent was assigned to the ticket. The problem is there is a breakdown in the communication between us. He is not able to see my responses. I can’t use the app to log a refund because there is no option for “item was not delivered”.

Returns Delay

When doing returns, mind you that when cancelling things from the warehouse (not even collecting the items) why do we need to wait for you to “check” items before you process the refund? This is so unnecessary and time consuming.

I received a completely different item to what I've ordered, delaying my daughter's birthday gift. It's been a week since her birthday and I haven't' received the item yet although it seems to be in the process to be rectified.

Superbalist used to deliver 2 days after purchase now it takes a week for delivery to take place. The consultants just give the delivery date without an explanation as to why the deliveries are taking so long these days?
