Hello. I made an order on November 27 and paid for the cargo, on the same day my cargo was sent to me to Poland. Delivery was just as fast, even though it was a large and heavy cargo of 1.2 tons. PROS: Good products, discounted prices not found throughout EU. Accurate packaging for safe shipping. The Office follows your parcels until final delivery. CONS: Problematic communications; they speaks only netherlands language, the translation in other language is made by automatic translator. They cannot help you for technical questions, neither they cannot manage your request about fiscal rules to apply to the invoices.
