Hello. I made an order on November 27 and paid for the cargo, on the same day my cargo was sent to me to Poland. Delivery was just as fast, even though it was a large and heavy cargo of 1.2 tons. I’ve ordered a Tigo CCA & TAP with an outdoor enclosure. Unfortunately the package arrived without it. But the company solved this by sending me an aftermarket enclosure amd in the meantime they kept me up-to-date by communicating. Well done, can recommend them!

+ Bereikbaarheid + Klantvriendelijkheid - In geval van ophalen (in plaats van verzenden) is toch in alle gevallen een adres vereist om een bestelling te kunnen plaatsen. Dit is een inbreuk op privacy

Sehr vertrauenswürdig. Ich habe die Module persönlich abgeholt. Sie haben da eine Art kleine Lagerhalle, in der sie die importierte Ware lagern. Ich habe dann auch vor Ort bezahlt (nur 0er Überweisung oder Barzahlung möglich) und die Module mitgenommen. Sie haben mir geholfen die riesigen PV-Module (545Wp) in den Transporter zu laden. Lieferschein unterschrieben und los. Beide Personen waren freundlich und gesprächig und wirkten vertrauenswürdig.

I bought Enphase inverters and accessories at Etronix several times. Etronix delivered as promised and reliable, payment worked well. The major issue is the packaging. Parts will be sometime not packaged carefully. I had one damaged part caused by this but Etronix replaced the part after my complaint without big discussion. Thus the customer service is really fine.

Die Miarbeiter sind sehr kompetent und sprechen gut deutsch. Übertroffen wird dieses Urteil noch von der Freundlichkeit. Ich habe die Ware bei stömendem Regen abgeholt. Das war aber kein Grund mir bei der Verladung auf dem offenen Anhänger in aller Ruhe zu helfen. Meine Bewertung mit 5 Sternen ist ist absolut gerechtfertigt.
