Sul nostro sito sono chiaramente riportati tutti gli accessori inclusi in dotazione con il prodotto, tra cui l’astuccio rigido. Durante l’acquisto è stato aggiunto al carrello un secondo astuccio, acquistato quindi come accessorio supplementare e utilizzabile anche con altri occhiali.
La richiesta non riguardava soltanto il reso, ma la pretesa di poter rimediare ad un proprio errore senza sostenere le spese di trasporto. Non avendo potuto accogliere quest’ultima pretesa, la nostra assistenza è stata purtroppo giudicata “pessima”.
