My one complaint is 1 The length of time between ordering and shipping. I placed my order near the end of November for an item which said it was in stock and ready to ship. I made an inquiry on the 10th of December and received a reply that the order was ready to ship and would be going out within the next couple of days. They guaranteed arrival prior to Christmas. I did not receive any shipping confirmation that week so I inquired again And was informed on the 19th that it would be shipped that day. The next day I received an email from DHL that The package was in route and the estimated delivery date would be December 27th. I was annoyed that The package obviously sat for one week after it was ready to be shipped before it actually was. The delay caused me to have to Source a replacement Christmas gift for the recipients. I did speak to DHL locally after the package had arrived in the US And convince them to expedite the package For delivery on the 24th of December.
