I was a little worried when I placed the order that I was being silly ordering a hand crafted glass product from Italy and expecting it to arrive in Australia intact. I was overjoyed at how easy the order process was, a little trepidatious as I watched the almost daily briefs from the shipping company on where my package was in the world on it's way to me, then a smartly dressed and very polite courier some 2.5 weeks after ordering hand delivers my pristine package to my door! I live in a small town in a remote part of Tasmania, to say that having anything arrive quickly, and without damage here is almost miraculous. The product is absolutely beautiful ( gift wrapped and under the tree for it's recipient on the 25th).
So thank you! I will be shopping with you again in the future!

Les produits sont de qualité mais le site internet est très mauvais. Les caractéristiques de taille d'un produit sont différentes au sein du même page, pas facile de commander. Sans compter que le site propose à la vente des produits "en stock" qui ne le sont pas en réalité, très mauvaise gestion qui oblige à l'annulation de commande. Dommage que le site soit aussi déplorable car cela ne donne pas envie de revenir.

Ordered and paid for an item and I received a different item. Moreover, they were unwilling to send me the correct piece, return my money and facilitate the return of the incorrect item they sent. or
Even though to this day they claim the item and color I ordered is in stock, they sent the item I purchased in a different and not acceptable color. They fully knew the color I wanted and ordered, and they sent me a different color which they previously wanted to do in lieu of the color I ordered.
They won't correct the issue necessitating a credit card dispute. This issue gives one the impression of a bait and switch type matter. By sending me the wrong item, they created a secondary issue of returning the fragile and incorrect item.
Most reputable companies would send a return label, preferably ensured, in order to help facilitate correcting their error; however, they did not do this either, and, in fact, did not respond to me further.

Dear customer, as of agreements with our terms of sale, the glass colors could be a little different from the pictures, and video screen.
You have 14 days to return the items and get a full refund.

Glasses are very different in reality
Glasses you received are very different from the website colors. For instance, I received a black glass while the pictures and description do not mention it and colors are bright on website. Regular exchange before the order to make sure such issue do not happen. First after sales contact (Gianluca) confirmed there is an issue and they will ship the righ glass asap. More than a month after and despite my mails, no feedback or shipment.

Ho ordinato due palline con incisione. L'incisione è stata fatta male, ma nessuno del Servizio Clienti si è premurato, prima di procedere, di avvisare che il lavoro non sarebbe stato svolto aregola d'arte. Una volta ricevuta la consegna, ho dovuto contattare io il servizio clienti per chiedere spiegazioni, e la risposta è stata sbrigativa ed insoddisfacente.

Ci dispiace leggere la sua recensione a 1 stella, in quanto le è stato spiegato al telefono, non in modo sbrigativo, che l'incisione viene eseguita a mano sulla superficie fine delle pallina soffiata, e su alcuni colori del vetro l'incisione si vede leggera. Considerato che ha acquistato due palline con messaggio personalizzato nel pacco, incisione personalizzata su entrambe le palline, la spedizione inclusa, e con offerta in sconto di blackfriday tutto a 85€, non riteniamo corretta la recensione a 1 stella. Le ricordiamo che ha sempre diritto di recesso per ricevere il rimborso del suo acquisto.

Poor and unresponsive customer service.
Company shipped me item that was other than as indicated on its website. In order to return the item, OMG expects me to incur the shipping cost along with the customs duty that I paid. All told, it will cost me about $150 to return an item I paid $350 for. This is unfair!!! The mistake was theirs- they should cover the cost to return the item.
