While the pendant was lovely and just what I wanted, the clasp on the necklace was broken. I had to replace that at my own expense.

The cufflinks are very nice and they arrived just in time, but I asked for an engraving (as it was offered on the website for this product) and they made it on the murano glass on top of the cufflink! Resulting on a damage of the gem. Also the quality of the engraving was awful and it seemed a horrible scratch on the was, not an engraving... Usually the engraving of cuffinks is made on the toogle or the post, not on the main face of the piece.

Ich habe viele Käufe online bei OMG durchgeführt. Der Warenwert ist mehr als EUR 7.000,00 Trotzdem habe ich kein Skonto bekommen, kein Rabatt, kein kleines Geschenk. Das ist sehr enttäuschend. Bei vielen Fabriken und Shops in Murano gibt es bessere Kauf-Konditionen. Die Ware hat große Verspätung. Ich musste die Handwerker zur Montage des Lusters (Chandelier) wieder wegschicken. Das ist sehr enttäuschend.

A beautiful maurano glass cat figurine. I was however very disappointed that the actual height was 3cms less than stated on my online purchase. I was also unable to contact OMG on the online email address to advise of the size discrepancy.
