The artistry is impressive, though my black ball was missing a lot of the coloured spots shown in the piece online. The ornament was also missing the gold string shown for hanging. The shipper DHL had the box opened and reopened, taped and re-taped—the thin box arrived crushed in a plastic bag. It was truly a miracle the glass was in one piece. The seller was informed and photos were sent. OMG told me they would file a case with DHL, but there was no offer of any return to me on the shipping I paid.

Great selection, super-fast shipping. The packaging was absolutely exceptional, I had been a bit concerned about shipping such a fragile item, but OMG's packaging was more that adequate to protect my purchase during it's transit from Italy to the USA.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the facility and watching the glassmakers at work. I was worried about getting glass back home safely so ordered a piece online after we got back to the U.S. It arrived very quickly and in perfect condition.

Ship in box not padded envelope
Great quality, tracking was super. Item arrived and gift box was crushed beyond repair! Need to ship in mote than packing envelope! While item was not damaged, I was unable to use gift box and needed to find another.
