The artistry is impressive, though my black ball was missing a lot of the coloured spots shown in the piece online. The ornament was also missing the gold string shown for hanging. The shipper DHL had the box opened and reopened, taped and re-taped—the thin box arrived crushed in a plastic bag. It was truly a miracle the glass was in one piece. The seller was informed and photos were sent. OMG told me they would file a case with DHL, but there was no offer of any return to me on the shipping I paid.

Actually I don't have any recommendation to your company. Quality of your product is beyond question. Shipping too (I was expecting shipping to take twice much time). Ordering was easy and all taxes and shipping was included in final price you show. The only recommendation I can have is "Keep in same way for the future"
