My products were delivered promptly and for free with free returns (not necessary but nice to have in case of sizing or preference issues). What I don't like is all the printed packaging and marketing materials in the box. I would prefer simpler packaging.

I had not received a package in almost 10 days. When I got in touch then a slow response confirmed that it had been damaged in customs. I A replacement package was shipped (still not received). I pointed out that this matter only came to light as I reached out and that this was disappointing (I required the order sooner). The response was very disappointing and not at all custome
