A great bike, the design is already noticeable in the photos but it is even better live. The motor assistance is very easy to use and it's a joy to ride.

Die Behandlung durch das CAPRI-Team war ausgezeichnet, es ging aufmerksam auf meine Fragen am Telefon ein und empfahl mir, das Fahrrad nach meinen Wünschen anzupassen. Ich habe Ihre Marke bereits meinen Freunden empfohlen und hoffe, dass sie viele Fahrräder bei Ihnen kaufen.

Schnelle Fahrradlieferungen; Außer der Montage der Pedale, der Vorderräder und dem Richten des Lenkers sind keine weiteren Arbeiten erforderlich. Das Fahrrad kommt in sehr gutem Zustand an. Wir hatten zuvor ein Elektrofahrrad bestellt; tolle Qualität, tolle Verarbeitung. Ich bin mit meinem Motorrad bereits ca. 8.000 km gefahren und habe lediglich die Verschleißteile gewechselt. Motor und Batterie sind immer noch auf voller Leistung. Capri ist für mich eine vertrauenswürdige Marke. Das Beste ist ohne Zweifel ihre direkte Behandlung zur Lösung von Problemen. Ich hatte einmal einen Fehler 30 wegen mangelnder Kommunikation und sie haben mich zu einer Werkstatt verwiesen, wo sie die Teile ausgetauscht haben unter Garanti

Bike received on time, perfectly packaged with lot of care and attention. The bike looks amazing, all details, components selection 👌 The color is something out of this word, a unique masterpiece. The welding details of the steel frame are top. Assembly is very easy if you have some bike experience. The 1st ride with the bike was a pleasure. Great product and excellent service.

Ich habe in diesem Geschäft ein Metz-Elektrofahrrad gekauft und schreibe normalerweise keine Bewertungen, aber ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dieser Firma, sie hat mich sehr gut behandelt und mit viel Geduld meine Fragen am Telefon beantwortet. This is the second bike I bought at Capri. The product quality is stunning, the packaging is made with lot of care, and after sales service is top. I have a small complaint regarding waiting times for our pre-order bike but for 2 weeks delay is not that bad.

At first I was hesitant as it was a pre-order, as I needed the bike immediately. But when I received it, I realised that it was worth the wait, besides the bargain price, and the riding feel, I have realised that I have a unique and carefully made bike.

I am very vey happy with my Metz electric bike. It took them a week longer than expected delivery it but they kept m informed at all times and it doesn't really matter becasu the bike is even better than I expected !!!

Furthermore, there was actually no appointment made with the shipping company when my bike was delivered. One day the driver just stood at the door with my bike and was more than lucky that someone could take it. It doesn't work at all!
