Many problems with e-bike over three years…
I've had one of their e-bikes for three years and it's had almost non-stop technical problems. They kindly send me replacement pieces but it would be better to have an e-bike that just works more consistently.

Delivery date kept changing, poor assembly instructions
Delivery date kept changing. When ordering the bike in August, the delivery was estimated on Oct, 15 but chatbot support mentioned it would be earlier, in September. After several emails informing of delivery delays, the bike finally arrived on Oct, 30. Please do not commit on earlier delivery then - manage your customers’ expectations.
The instructions are really not straightforward, folks. I am a lawyer, I have never assembled a damn bike in my life - please provide a proper manual in pdf, not a video that I have to a) put on a big screen to be able to see anything, b) rewind 100 times, c) be confused over my bike config because the video shows a different one and d) seek independent information what to do eg with brakes that need loosening or tightening (because if I do that wrong, it can cost a life). The instruction video keeps blurring and does not give any clear explanations - it’s useless and frustrating to watch.
Also, noted a price difference of ~200€ between Capri Bikes and Biciclasica which turned out to be the same company.
Honestly too much sweat for not the cheapest bike from the very start, and this makes a rather poor customer experience.

What can I say… Do not buy this bike. It’s not reliable at all. Several parts broke after less than 15 days of use. On top of that, key components (handlebars, brakes, stem, etc.) keep loosening over time, making it genuinely dangerous to ride.
The customer service is just as bad: neither responsive nor effective. My complaint has been open for over 6 months, and they’ve had the bike for more than 2 months to fix the issues… with no real update. I haven’t even received a reply in the past week.
Avoid at all costs.

Delivery refusal: The bicycle is your legal property. It is currently stored in our warehouse because you refuse to provide a delivery address to receive it back, despite our multiple attempts to return it to you.
Solutions offered: In our commitment to reach an amicable solution, we even offered a partial refund, deducting only a reasonable amount for the two years of use you already had from the product. This offer was also rejected.
The current delay is exclusively due to the formal administrative and legal procedures underway to settle this matter. We have provided all solutions within our reach and remain at your disposal through the established official channels to finalize this process.
