Good Afternoon,
You have emailed on Friday, today is Sunday. In the email reply you can read that it can take up to 4 working days for us to get back on email. We have emailed you today that we did not get any information from the transporting company that the order was not delivered. Therefore we did not know of the order not having arrived. We have contacted the transporting company that will most likely get back to us tomorrow morning on the issue.
We are also reachable by phone but unfortunately have not heard anything from you there.
