Our driver Raheel was great, we were scheduled for 10:30am and we were not able to get off the ship until 11:35am due to the chaotic disembarkment. But he doubled back to pick us up. He also arranged for a 5:30am pick up to the airport 2 days in a row as some left a day earlier. Our driver Abdul picked us up for the airport both days he was very prompt and polite, even asking if our friend who he dropped off had made it home safely.

Listen to your client's need and improve. We requested a car for 7 luggages and even mentioned that among those seven there is a large box in the comments and even called two days to our trip to clarify and we were assured that everything will fit. The driver arrived on time and refused to carry the bags and mentioned something about his car being ruined however he said that if we can give him 30 extra euros he can try to fit in all the bags which we agreed to pay and then he finally said without even trying that he can not. We ended up calling another taxi and we went to the airport in two different taxi and your driver charged me extra 15 euros because apparently I wasted his time as if my time was not wasted. They were only worried about money nothing else mattered
