Always excellent value for money.

For a replacement piece of luggage my first decision was to go straight to Eagle Creek following my experience over the last 20+ years. This started with what quickly became my sports bag - still in use 2 or 3 times a week - and showing few signs of wear and tear. This was added to by a full-size suitcase that has served me well since the mid noughties for regular flights and cruises throughout the western hemisphere. Sadly, I will now say "adios" to this as it recently proved too cumbersome on a 2 centre Caribbean Holiday, even at 23kg max! I look forward to my new Tarmac XE 4WL lasting as long, if not longer! Warranty repairs for OVR Trunk

I sent my OVR Trunk for repair as there was a problem with the trundle handle, it would extend, but not retract. Unfortunately, I was advised that the parts necessary for a repair were no longer available and the third party repairers advised Eagle Creek accordingly. Eagle Creek have replaced the Trunk under their no quibble warranty, which is truly remarkable as I anticipated it would have been classed as service life expired. Great design and quality products, and amazing warranty and service.

The item itself is very good. The delivery or rather the dispatch was not a good experience. I initially received emails saying it was arriving the next day it didn’t arrive…. I’d waited in especially. I then started looking at the order and it showed it had not even been collect by the courier yet. I left it around a week in case that information was not right and it was in transit somewhere. That didn’t help. I spoke to customer service who told me it would be dispatched the next day. It wasn’t. It was 3 days later. All in all it started out as exciting buying new nice travel luggage to feeling frustration about how it was handled after the purchase.

I received an email below on the 19 January confirming that my order is on the way to me. There is a tracking number and confirmation that a label had been issued on 19 January with an expected delivery date of 20 January. On the 22rd January I received an email stating that the delivery date will be available when UPS receives the package. On the 23rd January I received an explanatory email stating that the parcel is on the way, we ship parcels consolidated to the UK to a depo and then the last mile is performed by UPS. The Consolidated shipment is due to the depo on the 26th and will be delivered to you on 27/28th. Once it reached the depot in UK it will receive its first scan and will be trackable on the UPS system. The bag was finally shipped on 23rd January and received on the 27th January. If the statement received on the 23rd of January regarding the shipping process had been included in the first email on the 19th January it would have been beneficial for me as a customer.

The service department were vey helpful given I ordered the wrong spare parts. Great after care service. Efficient and straight forward. Notwithstanding Eagle Creek equipment is first class and worth every penny.

Given the lifetime warranty we would have preferred had our case been repaired. However given this apparently wasn’t possible the voucher towards another similar case was acceptable. It would have been helpful had we been informed what the current ‘similar’ case was. I had to investigate your site, measure the case we still had (as we had originally purchased two, only one was needing repair). and choose what I thought was a comparable item. I also think the voucher we received should have been able to be used with your ‘sale items’.

Availability of Eagle Creek Spares in the UK

Unlike in the US, I found that Eagle Creek spares were not available in the UK but were sourced from their European operation, which also did not provide transparent online pricing. Spares for out of warranty repairs, such as for broken clips and wheels, should be readily available in the UK through a UK outlet offering transparent online pricing and shipping.

Excellet bag, a bit better could be done with after sales.

Luggage is the best i ever had, it's spacious, easy to handle and robust, I'm very happy with it. Only one issue though, the login on Your website is not working as intended, (unable to register and login from EU) therefore i was quite tricky to get invoice/receipt, i had to ask You multiple times via email. Also parcel was send to my billing adress, instead of delivery adress, but thankfully i managed to solve it with my friend who works at local UPS facility. As i wasn't available on my billing adress at the moment of delivery

I purchased the Eagle Creek Cargo Hauler Duffel 120L and overall everything is perfect. However, when the bag is in an upright position, it lacks a top handle that would make it easier to quickly lift or adjust while pulling it on its wheels.

Generally speaking, I was treated fairly and am satisfied with the outcome. However, the “no matter what” policy could be more seamless, in the sense that customers would not need to worry about receiving the correct compensation. In this case, the representative did not properly identify my suitcase and, as a result, did not provide a voucher for the correct amount—which was somewhat puzzling. That said, overall the representative was courteous and responsive, and I ultimately felt satisfied with the resolution. Thank you.
