Review summary
Many customers highlight the fast and reliable delivery, robust warranty and repair policies, the availability of spare parts, and the helpfulness and responsiveness of customer service. Product durability, design, and practicality are frequently praised, with features and aesthetics receiving particular commendation. Some users also find the website easy to navigate and the ordering process straightforward. However, a significant number of customers report delivery delays, poor courier experiences, and insufficient tracking information. There are also complaints about slow or poor communication from customer service and difficulties in achieving satisfactory resolutions. Issues with recent changes in warranty policies, challenges in obtaining spare parts, incorrect or missing components, and slow shipping have been noted. Some customers struggle with website navigation, product presentation, and checkout or registration processes. Additionally, a few express dissatisfaction with certain product features, changes in style, and perceived drops in quality over time.

The Ideal Balance of Comfort, Space, and Quality
For a long time, we looked for backpacks or suitcases to replace the one we used for years during our travels around the world—an alternative that would offer more comfort as we get older compared to a traditional backpack. We found the perfect compromise with eagle creek. It can be transformed into almost a trolley, but not quite—which is perfect since we don't really like traditional suitcases. It strikes the right balance between size, spaciousness, and the convenience of a cabin-approved carry-on, combined with clearly high-quality materials. Although we haven’t tested these backpacks on a trip yet, we could see their quality the moment we unboxed them. Receiving a free gift was also a very nice touch, and the shipping times were absolutely excellent. As a first impression, we couldn't be more satisfied with our purchase!

I was very impressed with the lifetime guarantee for my Eagle Creek luggage. I bought a warrior load in 2015 and used it many times. Sadly it was damaged in my last flight in August. I contacted customer services, sent the case to the UK repair centre at the start of September. They were highly efficient, diagnosed that it could not be repaired, and notified Eagle Creek. They gave me a timescale for them, and Eagle Creek contacted me with a voucher for the original cost to use for a new case with free postage. I ordered and 4 days later received my replacement case. Outstanding service all round.

Always good
Early this year I got a case that had been mangled by an airline beautifully mended by Eagle Creek. So when I was looking for a new duffel bag it was the obvious choice. The only drawback was not being able to see one anywhere before buying. I would prefer less “plastic” looking material. It won’t be used until later this year, so I can’t comment further.

The product itself are amazing. One item was unfortunatelly a bit dirty but nothing that can be solved fortunately. This is nothing about the company or products but the delivery itself was a nightmare due to performance of ups. It was reshipped once more even due to "unavailability" which was not true at all. At the very final end it worked out.I would recommend use by default an other shipment service for area munich if possible.

Easy to order and fast delivery
It was very easy to order and the deliver was very fast. The product was well described and it was an exact fit. It was a set of spare wheel for a trolley/duffel (load warrior) bag. The parts fit the old bag well. I am totally happy even with the fact that after 10 years you can get parts for the bag.

Always excellent value for money.
For a replacement piece of luggage my first decision was to go straight to Eagle Creek following my experience over the last 20+ years. This started with what quickly became my sports bag - still in use 2 or 3 times a week - and showing few signs of wear and tear. This was added to by a full-size suitcase that has served me well since the mid noughties for regular flights and cruises throughout the western hemisphere. Sadly, I will now say "adios" to this as it recently proved too cumbersome on a 2 centre Caribbean Holiday, even at 23kg max! I look forward to my new Tarmac XE 4WL lasting as long, if not longer! Thank you sincerely, Eagle Creek.

Excellent quality as you would expect from this brand. So practical, so useful. Extremely durable. Looks good and doesn’t get wet in the rain!

Good quality, strong bag and perfect for travel by plane. Keep in mind however they sometimes make you check it in at the oversized counter. Perfect size for my freediving fins

Warranty repairs for OVR Trunk
I sent my OVR Trunk for repair as there was a problem with the trundle handle, it would extend, but not retract. Unfortunately, I was advised that the parts necessary for a repair were no longer available and the third party repairers advised Eagle Creek accordingly. Eagle Creek have replaced the Trunk under their no quibble warranty, which is truly remarkable as I anticipated it would have been classed as service life expired. Great design and quality products, and amazing warranty and service.

the bags are lovely, and really well designed. i particularly like that they are pictured showing the different sizes on the same person, who is not a 6 foot man!

All the products are durable and made packing an ease. Exactly as advertised. As we travel over the next 4-5 months I am sure we'll determine other Eagle Creek products we might need.

Eagle Creek Cross Body Bag
I feel the article purchased, was well made, I feel the design is poor, not so much in terms of the case itself, but in terms of it wearability; put simply the straps are just NOT long enough. Anyone not conforming to mesomorphic body shape will find this bag difficult to put on and comfortably carry. Consequently a purchase I don’t use; a waste of money. When I asked Customer Service if they had longer straps, the answer was No!

One happy customer
Fast delivery, very sturdy and well thought through product. Sufficiently waterproof for traveling and overall outdoorsy use. Withstands quite heavy rain, and kept my stuff dry.

The item itself is very good. The delivery not good.
The item itself is very good. The delivery or rather the dispatch was not a good experience. I initially received emails saying it was arriving the next day it didn’t arrive…. I’d waited in especially. I then started looking at the order and it showed it had not even been collect by the courier yet. I left it around a week in case that information was not right and it was in transit somewhere. That didn’t help. I spoke to customer service who told me it would be dispatched the next day. It wasn’t. It was 3 days later. All in all it started out as exciting buying new nice travel luggage to feeling frustration about how it was handled after the purchase.

The bag seems great… but the shipping to…
The bag seems great… but the shipping took nearly 2 weeks with only getting any updates on what was going on with my package the day before it was delivered. Please use a different currier who provides more information to the customer

Order ECE6993
I received an email below on the 19 January confirming that my order is on the way to me. There is a tracking number and confirmation that a label had been issued on 19 January with an expected delivery date of 20 January.
On the 22rd January I received an email stating that the delivery date will be available when UPS receives the package.
On the 23rd January I received an explanatory email stating that the parcel is on the way, we ship parcels consolidated to the UK to a depo and then the last mile is performed by UPS.
The Consolidated shipment is due to the depo on the 26th and will be delivered to you on 27/28th.
Once it reached the depot in UK it will receive its first scan and will be trackable on the UPS system.
The bag was finally shipped on 23rd January and received on the 27th January.
If the statement received on the 23rd of January regarding the shipping process had been included in the first email on the 19th January it would have been beneficial for me as a customer.
