It was very easy to order and the deliver was very fast. The product was well described and it was an exact fit. It was a set of spare wheel for a trolley/duffel (load warrior) bag. The parts fit the old bag well. I am totally happy even with the fact that after 10 years you can get parts for the bag.

For a replacement piece of luggage my first decision was to go straight to Eagle Creek following my experience over the last 20+ years. This started with what quickly became my sports bag - still in use 2 or 3 times a week - and showing few signs of wear and tear. This was added to by a full-size suitcase that has served me well since the mid noughties for regular flights and cruises throughout the western hemisphere. Sadly, I will now say "adios" to this as it recently proved too cumbersome on a 2 centre Caribbean Holiday, even at 23kg max! I look forward to my new Tarmac XE 4WL lasting as long, if not longer! Good quality, strong bag and perfect for travel by plane. Keep in mind however they sometimes make you check it in at the oversized counter. Perfect size for my freediving fins

I sent my OVR Trunk for repair as there was a problem with the trundle handle, it would extend, but not retract. Unfortunately, I was advised that the parts necessary for a repair were no longer available and the third party repairers advised Eagle Creek accordingly. Eagle Creek have replaced the Trunk under their no quibble warranty, which is truly remarkable as I anticipated it would have been classed as service life expired. Great design and quality products, and amazing warranty and service.

All the products are durable and made packing an ease. Exactly as advertised. As we travel over the next 4-5 months I am sure we'll determine other Eagle Creek products we might need.

I feel the article purchased, was well made, I feel the design is poor, not so much in terms of the case itself, but in terms of it wearability; put simply the straps are just NOT long enough. Anyone not conforming to mesomorphic body shape will find this bag difficult to put on and comfortably carry. Consequently a purchase I don’t use; a waste of money. When I asked Customer Service if they had longer straps, the answer was No!

Fast delivery, very sturdy and well thought through product. Sufficiently waterproof for traveling and overall outdoorsy use. Withstands quite heavy rain, and kept my stuff dry.

The item itself is very good. The delivery or rather the dispatch was not a good experience. I initially received emails saying it was arriving the next day it didn’t arrive…. I’d waited in especially. I then started looking at the order and it showed it had not even been collect by the courier yet. I left it around a week in case that information was not right and it was in transit somewhere. That didn’t help. I spoke to customer service who told me it would be dispatched the next day. It wasn’t. It was 3 days later. All in all it started out as exciting buying new nice travel luggage to feeling frustration about how it was handled after the purchase.

The bag seems great… but the shipping took nearly 2 weeks with only getting any updates on what was going on with my package the day before it was delivered. Please use a different currier who provides more information to the customer

I don‘ t like the big lettering on the packing cubes. I preferred the former design. But functionally they are unbeatable!

I received an email below on the 19 January confirming that my order is on the way to me. There is a tracking number and confirmation that a label had been issued on 19 January with an expected delivery date of 20 January. On the 22rd January I received an email stating that the delivery date will be available when UPS receives the package. On the 23rd January I received an explanatory email stating that the parcel is on the way, we ship parcels consolidated to the UK to a depo and then the last mile is performed by UPS. The Consolidated shipment is due to the depo on the 26th and will be delivered to you on 27/28th. Once it reached the depot in UK it will receive its first scan and will be trackable on the UPS system. The bag was finally shipped on 23rd January and received on the 27th January. If the statement received on the 23rd of January regarding the shipping process had been included in the first email on the 19th January it would have been beneficial for me as a customer.

I ordered a Gear Warrior XE Carry On in the sale with a quick delivery date. Lots of emails from UPS followed delaying the delivery date and then informing that they were missing paperwork on the transaction. Not looking good, then it got worse: UPS then emailed me to let me know that I'd have to pay £60 custom duties before delivery. I emailed EagleCreek on service@eaglecreek.eu - the email address on the website but there was no reply for three days. The clock was ticking down to the day when I needed the bag for a trip. There was no phone number to call on the website. I ended up calling Scottish Mountain Gear - the UK agent for Warranty & Repair. They gave me a different email address - CustomerService@eaglecreek.ie - and a phone number. I forwarded the old email to new email address (without much hope, I have to say) and called the phone number - long ring, left a message which I did and heard nothing back. Then Pedro from Cork called me having received the second email. What a relief, real time contact with a human who was apologetic and took action. He advised me to pay UPS in order to get the delivery in time and told me that Eagle Creek would refund me. I did, the package arrived and Eagle Creek refunded me. A good end result but the process was lengthy, frustrating and a real waste of my time and energy. Without Pedro's call I would have lost all confidence in Eagle Creek as a brand which would have been a shame. because I've used your products for years and love them. Thanks for saving the day Pedro!

The service department were vey helpful given I ordered the wrong spare parts. Great after care service. Efficient and straight forward. Notwithstanding Eagle Creek equipment is first class and worth every penny.

The Items are very elaborate: light, strong and really made for travel. Definitely professional. Great!

Slightly disappointing product, could have been great but some basic design issues that didn't match expectation. e.g. you can only wheel the case if you're short, anyone tall it keeps tipping over.

We like the design and the robust way the bags are made. These bags have taken us around the world twice.

Given the lifetime warranty we would have preferred had our case been repaired. However given this apparently wasn’t possible the voucher towards another similar case was acceptable. It would have been helpful had we been informed what the current ‘similar’ case was. I had to investigate your site, measure the case we still had (as we had originally purchased two, only one was needing repair). and choose what I thought was a comparable item. I also think the voucher we received should have been able to be used with your ‘sale items’.
