The flowers were lovely, true to the website picture and were delivered on time, as per my request. I really appreciated this especially as I live in Australia and it was really important to me that my daughter received the flowers at the time requested. The website was easy to use and the online tracking worked well. I was also lucky enough to score a Black Friday discount :) Many thanks for the excellent service and beautiful flowers :)💐

Expectation /reality. Ordered 2 bouquets on Tuesday with a delivery on Friday. Each ~€60 and a €8.99 delivery for each (I did have a 10% discount promo). One didn't arrive. The second was nowhere close to the original. I know the looks may vary, but not to such an extend? Why bother selecting a specific style if you get whatever is available? Customer service is pretty useless. Needed daily calls and emails to get anything out. The bouquet that never arrived was eventually refunded in full. For the second got a 50% refund (thank god there was a record of one bless her soul customer executive who agreed it is completely different and who promised a refund, because one weasy little man wanted to offer a 20% code for another purchase, claiming that the bouquet was within their expected variation of the colours). Bottom line- buy the bouquet from a florist. The chances you will get what you ordered from these guys is low and you will struggle to get your cash back (even if u will).

The flowers delivered do not match what was ordered and the look smaller . That is not ok.

Kindly note, that the pictures you can find on our website are example pictures. The delivered flower arrangements can differ from those example pictures in appearance and amount of flowers, depending on the season and inventory of the local florist. If a certain flower is not available, it is replaced by a flower with similar colour and shape. The local florists are always delivering arrangements that look as much as possible like the example picture online, and at all times match the flower value paid. I ordered a get well soon flower but had to pick up by the recipient from store.

I ordered a get well soon flower. I asked euroflorist to call the recipient before delivering to setup a good delivery time as recipient was patient. I received an email that they cannot reach the number provided. I gave another number and did not hear again from them. 2 days later I asked whether it was delivered or not. They said they tried but could not accomplished delivery and we had to go to the store to pick the flower up. It is difficult to understand why they cannot make another phone call to the provided 2 numbers to setup a better delivery time. Anyway, thanks.

He tried to deliver but also none opened then door. That is why we asked you to pick up the flowers.After consultation with the florist, the bouquet was picked up. Sehr geehrte/r Stephen, Danke für Ihre Bestellung und das Teilen Ihrer Bewertung. Es tut uns sehr leid mit den gelieferten Blumen nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen zu haben. Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich bei den im Webshop abgebildeten Produkten um Beispiele handelt. Die ausgelieferten Sträuße können im Aussehen und in der Anzahl der Blumen, je nach Saison und Region, von den abgebildeten Webshop-Produkten abweichen. Sollte eine bestimmte Blume nicht vorrätig sein, wird diese durch eine ähnliche Blume in Form und Farbe ersetzt. Die Floristen liefern die Sträuße immer so ähnlich wie möglich und dem Warenwert entsprechend. Da es sich bei der Floristik um ein Handwerk handelt, in dem jeder Florist zum Teil seine eigene Kreativität mit einfließen lässt, ist jeder Strauß ein Unikat.
