While the shipping was efficient, a faster delivery could influence me to purchase more products. I've noticed that the pricing in the Americas is significantly higher than in Europe and Asia, with limited discounts. The external packaging arrived quite damaged, but thankfully, the original packaging for the lamp inside was sturdy and well-designed. Despite these logistical issues, the product itself is highly satisfactory, be it the texture or color—flawless in every aspect.

I have been ordering from Nordic Nest for quite a number of years and have always found their service to be very satisfactory. My last order, early in December, was for my Christmas gifts to family and friends. The order never came and when I contacted Nordic Nest as it got very close to Christmas I was told that the parcel had been lost. They said that some of the items were no longer available but that they would send the rest of the order but not in time for Christmas delivery. I asked for credit for the 2 out of stock items and that was agreed. Last week I received a box in the post containing a tiny box of candles ( originally cancelled because out of stock) and then t2 days ago I got the rest of my order. It contained some of the Christmas items ( napkins and decoration) that are no use until next Christmas. I had to go out at the last moment before Christmas to buy a different set of gifts. My main complaint is that Nordic Nest should have been aware on their tracking system that the parcel was not delivered and contacted me in time for me to cancel and get some time to shop for gifts. Poor service. Slow delivery and hidden charges. Never using again You pay for postage after waiting more than a week for the items and then you have to pay a separate postage charge to actually get your parcel. The shop has great pricing and products but they take too long to deliver and use crappy expensive delivery methods

Never Again

Let people know it will take many weeks for anq order to arrive BEFORE they order. I placed an order for a Christmas present on 13th November it arrived the week before Christmas just as I was about to go away. On contacting the company they kept saying they hoped it would arrive in time! I hoped so too.

False promises on delivery

On 17/12/2023, Nordic Nest had a notice on their website which said that all purchases made that day would be delivered to UK addresses before Christmas. They didn’t ship my item until the New Year and they didn’t bother replying to my enquires until then either.

Nice blanket let down by slow admin & dispatch

Throws ordered ‘in time for Xmas ‘ weren’t in time Misled on website by missing info pointing out they could arrive if you selected Express postage … slow to dispatch …. Slow to arrive - significant at such times however nice the item

Lovely items but …

Lovely items but unfortunately very slow delivery time and tracking information did not work. Customer service was also quite slow in response time and did not actually answer my question.

Kay Bojesen Monkey was damaged when shipped.

Kay Bojesen Monkey arrived in damaged condition, although packaging was excellent. Shipping was markedly delayed. Issue appears to be one of quality control prior to shipment.

Hopeless company.my order of 3 baking tins has still not arrived after nearly 2 months.They sent generic email to ask my if I was happy with my purchase,not even realising I had not received them.Very apologetic but i had to down load ,print out and sign a form to state I had not received the items,then take a photo and email it back to them.That was last week and still nothing.Would not recommended this company and will not be buying from them again.I need these to make my son's birthday cake and our Christmas cake but both those plans are now having to be changed.Nof impressed at all.

Had my money for 2 months - no cushion covers

I bought 8 cushion covers for just under £200 at the beginning of April. It is now mid June and I still do not have them. Apparently they were sent back to Sweden (not by me) and their customer service department will not refund me until the cushion covers return to the warehouse. Why is this MY risk? Nordic Nest have now had my money for over 2 months and I do not have my products. Not acceptable. Overall, they have good stuff on their site, but if you love in the UK it is slow and unreliable to order. I have used for things in the past but will NEVER use again.

Returns process flawed and slow response from customer service

I placed a return request for which Nordic Nest issued a return shipping label. I delivered the return to the postal drop off point more than three weeks ago and the package tracking shows that the return was handed over by my national postal carrier to DHL on the 25th of May 2023. DHL cannot locate the package and I have been asked by Nordic Nest Customer Support to wait. As the return shipping label that was used was provided to me by Nordic Nest the refund should be issued. I now have no product nor a refund.

Delivery & customer service was poor

My first order took 5 weeks and it was returned to sender. I had to contact Nordic Nest 5 times to get the order resent. They said that as a gesture they would send it for free. It was not my fault that their delivery company had failed to deliver and I should not have pay for re-delivery. Also I was told tat some items that I had ordered might no longer be available - it was a hassle to get the delivery finally after 78-8 weeks (missed birthday present & Christmas presents!)
