While the shipping was efficient, a faster delivery could influence me to purchase more products. I've noticed that the pricing in the Americas is significantly higher than in Europe and Asia, with limited discounts. The external packaging arrived quite damaged, but thankfully, the original packaging for the lamp inside was sturdy and well-designed. Despite these logistical issues, the product itself is highly satisfactory, be it the texture or color—flawless in every aspect.

I have been ordering from Nordic Nest for quite a number of years and have always found their service to be very satisfactory. My last order, early in December, was for my Christmas gifts to family and friends. The order never came and when I contacted Nordic Nest as it got very close to Christmas I was told that the parcel had been lost. They said that some of the items were no longer available but that they would send the rest of the order but not in time for Christmas delivery. I asked for credit for the 2 out of stock items and that was agreed. Last week I received a box in the post containing a tiny box of candles ( originally cancelled because out of stock) and then t2 days ago I got the rest of my order. It contained some of the Christmas items ( napkins and decoration) that are no use until next Christmas. I had to go out at the last moment before Christmas to buy a different set of gifts. My main complaint is that Nordic Nest should have been aware on their tracking system that the parcel was not delivered and contacted me in time for me to cancel and get some time to shop for gifts. Delivery & customer service was poor

My first order took 5 weeks and it was returned to sender. I had to contact Nordic Nest 5 times to get the order resent. They said that as a gesture they would send it for free. It was not my fault that their delivery company had failed to deliver and I should not have pay for re-delivery. Also I was told tat some items that I had ordered might no longer be available - it was a hassle to get the delivery finally after 78-8 weeks (missed birthday present & Christmas presents!)

poor 'rating'

There are many reasons for my 'rating'. Basically the company appears somewhat dishonest, in my opinion. Examples are: -the 5% offer when signs up is a dishonest ploy to entice one to sign up. I signed up but was unable to use the 5%. - customer service is possibly a BOT as the responses are poor and of no help. - limited stock and big delays on receiving items even when paying extra for express. One order took over 6 weeks when I paid extra. So I presume it is another 'ploy'

Delivery to the UK needs work!

The range of products on offer are great, and I love my new blanket/throw. The discounts on offer are great too. I would love to buy more from Nordic Nest, but the delivery experience was so bad that it has put me off buying from them again. The product took 1.5 weeks to reach me, and communication around the delivery was appalling. At one point I was told it had been delivered - to the wrong address - and then it turned up the next day.

It takes too long for parcels to arrive. The depatch times are too long. I appreciate that there are particular busy times during the year like Black Friday and Christmas, but no matter when I order the parcel takes more than a week to depatch, then another week during shipping for this to arrive. In this day and age it needs to be much quicker for customer not to go elsewhere to get their orders in a acceptable timeframe.

Flaws and description error

The Pixie cups and jug I ordered were not dishwasher-safe, although the website said that they were, and the jug's glaze was flawed; all fo thei was disappointing and inconvenient. However I was refunded for the mugs and the jug was replaced, which was good reparation, but I would not feel comfortable in recommending N Nest.

The only negative is the huge delivery time - Average time between order placed and order received has been 3 to 4 weeks. If I find a Nordic Nest product I like, I search to see, if product can be found somewhere else, purely because of the long delivering time. Apart from that Nordic Nest is fantastic !!

I had a lot of problems when I bought some products and didn't see that one had a little orange dot with words 'not in stock'. I hat to wait and wait... When I realized a problem, It was almost impossible to remove the missing product and deliver others. Please fix this issue. It was an awful experience.

The delivery service Budbee you are are using is really irritating. They don't use an alternative address of a neighbour when we were abroad and when we were at home, expecting our parcel, it was delivered at a wrong address, while we'd got a nessage saying 'we delivered your parcel'.

It depends on what is available

I am careful when purchasing from Nordic Nest because there are so many things made in China and elsewhere, and these are expensive for what they are. I'd like to see Scandinavian designs made in Scandinavia, not in China. Customer service is good, but a bit slow.

Wasn't obvious upon purchase it was coming from overseas so there was quite a long wait plus the delivery company they used would not leave package in garage for me so I had to take a day off work after 3 delivery attempts.

Unfortunately the vase I ordered was smashed to pieces upon delivery. The vase wasn’t protectively wrapped and the box it came in was in a bad state. It’s a shame as it was a lovely vase.
