While the shipping was efficient, a faster delivery could influence me to purchase more products. I've noticed that the pricing in the Americas is significantly higher than in Europe and Asia, with limited discounts. The external packaging arrived quite damaged, but thankfully, the original packaging for the lamp inside was sturdy and well-designed. Despite these logistical issues, the product itself is highly satisfactory, be it the texture or color—flawless in every aspect.

I have been ordering from Nordic Nest for quite a number of years and have always found their service to be very satisfactory. My last order, early in December, was for my Christmas gifts to family and friends. The order never came and when I contacted Nordic Nest as it got very close to Christmas I was told that the parcel had been lost. They said that some of the items were no longer available but that they would send the rest of the order but not in time for Christmas delivery. I asked for credit for the 2 out of stock items and that was agreed.
Last week I received a box in the post containing a tiny box of candles ( originally cancelled because out of stock) and then t2 days ago I got the rest of my order. It contained some of the Christmas items ( napkins and decoration) that are no use until next Christmas. I had to go out at the last moment before Christmas to buy a different set of gifts.
My main complaint is that Nordic Nest should have been aware on their tracking system that the parcel was not delivered and contacted me in time for me to cancel and get some time to shop for gifts.

I have been an returning client at Nordic Nest and the general feedback I would give is positive. The only thing that I would suggest for an improvement is the visual content of the shop. Some photos especially of the ceramic items are not entirely matching the colors and quality of materials of the items. Thus there were two times that I had to return the items as they were looking better and more authentic on the photo than in reality. For example printed out designs on ceramics looked like hand-painted. Unfortunately I dont have the items anymore to add a picture. Thank you!

Lovely coffee table but delivery problems
I am very happy with the product and the ordering procedure. However, the delivery service by UPS was poor. My coffee table did not arrive on the scheduled day of delivery. At 8pm that day it was rescheduled for the following day between 11am and 3pm. It arrived just before 6pm. I would pay extra for a premium delivery service and I think you should offer that service for customers who prefer it.

The crockery is lovely quality but...
The crockery is lovely quality, but the whole delivery experience was an absolute disaster, the first order has never been dispatched even thought we received an email saying it was, and after waiting for over a month we emailed and they said it has never been dispatched so we had to wait another 2 weeks for it to arrive.

Nordic Nest- Eva Trio butter dish…
Nordic Nest were the only retailers who stocked the Eva Trio butter dish I wanted. Unfortunately the first dish delivered was faulty and broke in use. Nordic Nest replaced the dish without hesitation although the whole process took quite a long time.

Poor packaging
The products arrived in good order and in reasonable time, however we were concerned with the external packaging which was in very poor condition, and very close to collapse which could easily have resulted in the individual packages being lost in transit. The large cardboard box containing a number of small packages was very poorly secured (see attached photograph).

I liked the wide variety of products.
I didn't enjoy how poorly packed they were. For example a large metal wire basket was in a simple plastic back, which was half open. This basket and a glass vase were put together in a large box without anything that kept them safely in place.
And orders take forever to arrive!

Nice stuff but expensive
Many items have a shipping charge of £9 to Uk and even if you are purchasing several items the £9 charge is per item so this adds to the cost.
I like the design and choice of items but this additional charge puts me off. They do send items promptly but return policy makes returning heavy items prohibitive for me.

Beautiful Design
I got a teapot and a tray and I absolutely love both. The teapot keeps hot for ages and is just lovely to look at. I love the design of the tray but at the huge price ticket I didn't expect the wood to be untreated and so it shows water stains and rings from anything wet that has been placed on it.

Worth the wait
Ordered in “in stock” item which was subsequently not in stock and so was delayed by 3 weeks. Luckily I wasn’t in a rush and they did at least keep me updated. Item arrived well packaged and exactly as stated. It is very beautiful so overall I am happy with the experience and would buy again.

Great products well packaged but not always quick
Great products and they arrive well packaged. Sometimes though, you order items and then they email you to say that it’s not currently in stock and you have to wait for a week or two. But if not in a rush, they are great and they do let you know. I have ordered a few times from them.

The material I ordered is lovely and perfect! My only quibble is that it seemed to take a very long time to get to the states. I've ordered things from Europe, and they have taken much less time. Other than that, everything is great and I will likely visit your website again.

They have Luxuery European design goods. I like their selection. Shipping cost to is bit pricey since I’m so used to free shipping. And shipping time is not so quick. But I understand it’s from the other side of ocean. I will order again if I find a good deal on nice products.

Nice range of products, I enjoy browsing the site but the returns process sucks for customers in the UK. I'll always see if other retailers have the same product, even if I have to pay a little more it's worth it to avoid the hassle of incredibly slow and expensive returns.

Beautful stuff, slow dispatch
They have a great selection of beautiful stuff, and make no problems with replacing broken items. (I order mostly ceramics which had on one occasion been broken in transit). However, the dispatch time can be a little slow.

Beautiful selection of brands and items
Everything arrived well packed and I’m happy that Nordic Nest ships all Scandinavian brands to USA. It only takes rather long time for goods to arrive (5weeks), when it only took a few days compared to their competitor.

Delivery takes a little while to arrive in the UK
The product took a while to get through Germany, but once it was in the UK it was delivered in a couple of days. NN were quick to answer my emails regarding the delay and very polite. Pleased with the product!
