While the shipping was efficient, a faster delivery could influence me to purchase more products. I've noticed that the pricing in the Americas is significantly higher than in Europe and Asia, with limited discounts. The external packaging arrived quite damaged, but thankfully, the original packaging for the lamp inside was sturdy and well-designed. Despite these logistical issues, the product itself is highly satisfactory, be it the texture or color—flawless in every aspect.

I have been ordering from Nordic Nest for quite a number of years and have always found their service to be very satisfactory. My last order, early in December, was for my Christmas gifts to family and friends. The order never came and when I contacted Nordic Nest as it got very close to Christmas I was told that the parcel had been lost. They said that some of the items were no longer available but that they would send the rest of the order but not in time for Christmas delivery. I asked for credit for the 2 out of stock items and that was agreed. Last week I received a box in the post containing a tiny box of candles ( originally cancelled because out of stock) and then t2 days ago I got the rest of my order. It contained some of the Christmas items ( napkins and decoration) that are no use until next Christmas. I had to go out at the last moment before Christmas to buy a different set of gifts. My main complaint is that Nordic Nest should have been aware on their tracking system that the parcel was not delivered and contacted me in time for me to cancel and get some time to shop for gifts. Ordered item in November and received it the following May, around 6 months later. Misrepresentation claiming 2 week lead time just to get the order. Deducted delivery cost but that is no consolation when i specifically ordered the item from them to ensure it was received in time which it wasn't. No discount or compensation etc of the sort offered.

Returns process flawed and slow response from customer service

I placed a return request for which Nordic Nest issued a return shipping label. I delivered the return to the postal drop off point more than three weeks ago and the package tracking shows that the return was handed over by my national postal carrier to DHL on the 25th of May 2023. DHL cannot locate the package and I have been asked by Nordic Nest Customer Support to wait. As the return shipping label that was used was provided to me by Nordic Nest the refund should be issued. I now have no product nor a refund.

I waited weeks for my order, was told it was delivered. Then told it would be delivered several times. Then was told it was lost in the warehouse. Would not purchase here again.

Don’t use from UK

Poor quality glassware and a convoluted returns process for UK customers that makes the experience poor when it goes wrong.

The glasses that you received are a bit thinner because they are mouth blown, but if something were to happen to them during of after shipment, we would of course make sure to help you solve the issue.
