While the shipping was efficient, a faster delivery could influence me to purchase more products. I've noticed that the pricing in the Americas is significantly higher than in Europe and Asia, with limited discounts. The external packaging arrived quite damaged, but thankfully, the original packaging for the lamp inside was sturdy and well-designed. Despite these logistical issues, the product itself is highly satisfactory, be it the texture or color—flawless in every aspect.

I have been ordering from Nordic Nest for quite a number of years and have always found their service to be very satisfactory. My last order, early in December, was for my Christmas gifts to family and friends. The order never came and when I contacted Nordic Nest as it got very close to Christmas I was told that the parcel had been lost. They said that some of the items were no longer available but that they would send the rest of the order but not in time for Christmas delivery. I asked for credit for the 2 out of stock items and that was agreed. Last week I received a box in the post containing a tiny box of candles ( originally cancelled because out of stock) and then t2 days ago I got the rest of my order. It contained some of the Christmas items ( napkins and decoration) that are no use until next Christmas. I had to go out at the last moment before Christmas to buy a different set of gifts. My main complaint is that Nordic Nest should have been aware on their tracking system that the parcel was not delivered and contacted me in time for me to cancel and get some time to shop for gifts. Nice blanket let down by slow admin & dispatch

Throws ordered ‘in time for Xmas ‘ weren’t in time Misled on website by missing info pointing out they could arrive if you selected Express postage … slow to dispatch …. Slow to arrive - significant at such times however nice the item

Slow to rectify issues

Slow delivery, item turned up with missing missing parts. Then proceeded to tell me my spare part had arrived when it hadn’t. Still no part and the issue has taken over a month so far.

Delivery & customer service was poor

My first order took 5 weeks and it was returned to sender. I had to contact Nordic Nest 5 times to get the order resent. They said that as a gesture they would send it for free. It was not my fault that their delivery company had failed to deliver and I should not have pay for re-delivery. Also I was told tat some items that I had ordered might no longer be available - it was a hassle to get the delivery finally after 78-8 weeks (missed birthday present & Christmas presents!)

Great customer service but terrible packaging

We ordered 5 side plates, and 2 large ceramic canisters, among other things. The plates were packed in a thin layer of bubble wrap and placed in the box, standing up, with no other protection between them and the box. 4 of the 5 plates broke. One of the canisters had no bubble wrap over the lid, so this broke also. I've given them 3 stars however, because they replied to my complaint quickly, and offered a refund or replacement, without quibbling.

The only negative is the huge delivery time - Average time between order placed and order received has been 3 to 4 weeks. If I find a Nordic Nest product I like, I search to see, if product can be found somewhere else, purely because of the long delivering time. Apart from that Nordic Nest is fantastic !!

I had a lot of problems when I bought some products and didn't see that one had a little orange dot with words 'not in stock'. I hat to wait and wait... When I realized a problem, It was almost impossible to remove the missing product and deliver others. Please fix this issue. It was an awful experience.

Lovely items but …

Lovely items but unfortunately very slow delivery time and tracking information did not work. Customer service was also quite slow in response time and did not actually answer my question.
