I'm sitting here, outside, with my morning coffee and my rechargable Exee Vape. This is my everyday existence and it's a good one.
After 40 years of smoking cigarettes, I searched unceasingly for a way to quit. I still wanted the nicotine, but the other stuff was destroying me. Besides that, smoking cigarettes had become outrageously expensive and socially frowned upon.
After trying other options, I landed upon Ezee.
Let me say that the flavor is SUPERIOR! It's a real menthol flavor--not the fake "ice" that some brands pass off.
The feel in my hand is spot-on. It's lightweight and easily managed.
I adore the rechargeable USB feature. I have a charger in my car, my home, my office; and carry one in my purse.
Ordering is easy. I simply log in and they are shipped to my door, with tracking provided. Customer service is stellar. One time I made a mistake in ordering & Christian actually called me to help work out a fix. If that isn't professionalism, I don't know what is!
Yeah: Ezee is my everyday Vape & I could not be more pleased!
The only reason that I have them a 3 is because they don't have a phone number where I can call and ask them questions, unless I'm wrong and just do not see it anywhere, would someone from your company PLEASE CALL me at 656-203-2369,

Customer service is exemplary, battery charger is awful.
Customer service is exemplary. I've used their service for my wife for 3-4 years. Deliveries (to U.S) have been quick and reliable.The charger for the rechargeable batteries is technically deficient. The USB connection is wobbly and loose, the charger durability is incredibly poor - I've discarded at least 15 failed chargers over the 3-4 years. Please reconsider your charger supplier.

The delivery was quick enough. While I had only ordered 1 vape, they sent me 2 tapes. However, both tapes had leaked and one of them doesn't even work. The products were not expensive.

Design, quality & style !!!
I have been purchasing my vapes from Ezee for several years, now. It takes me all of 3 minutes to place an order & it is shipped out the next business day. I generally receive my order within 10 days, but that depends upon US Customs processing.
I have found Ezee to be the best cigarette replacement vape on the market & am super hyped about the newer "Zero" nicotine cartridges. These zeros have come in handy during nights in the Casino. I can "chain-vape" without destroying my body.

Dealing with Ezee has been amazingly easy and efficient. I’ve had no problem placing orders. Any Customer Service questions I’ve had have been answered and/ or resolved extremely fast, in a friendly and helpful manner. My orders have arrived in NYC within one week of placing them. That’s Fast!
I am very satisfied with doing business with Ezee. No recommendations are necessary as to “What could we possibly do better?” This is an extremely well run business! The are very friendly and sell great products!

I like having a choice of 12 mg pen to choose with the disposable pens and the puffs! I can’t go any stronger and I can’t seem to find under 18 mg anywhere else.

Thanks for your comment and rating. Pleased you like our products. As for shipping, yes, very frustrating for us as well. But since DHL; UPS, FEDEX and other couriers has stopped any shipment with e-cigarettes, it makes it very difficult and slow. Can only apologise.

Thank you for your comment. We have spent a lot of time finding a flavour that is as close to a "normal" cigarette and 10.000s of customers agree with us, but taste is individual and sorry if you are not happy with ours. As for the vape - we are not trying to be a big plume vape product, we want to emulate the feeling of smoking and hence less vape.

We used to use Green Smoke, but they went out of business in 2018. Ezee does exactly what Green Smoke did, provide nicotine without all the negative stuff you get from a cigarette. We have received two orders to date. Both arrived quicker than what was originally stated. Our second order even included another one of their products to try at no charge.

Shipping concerns
I realize that ezee is out of United States but there has to be a quicker way to ship product without paying a lot of money. Also, ezee should look into a auto ship program.

Yes, it is difficult to deliver quicker to the US: Mostly because all the couriers have banned shipment of e-cigarettes. So even if you pay millions we cant ship faster. best would be to lobby DHL/FEDEX/UPS and get them to start servicing this market again. We are considering an auto ship program, and take your comments on board.
