Great service. Quick shipping of the ordered wines. However, since they use UPS, and UPS is the worst possible shipping company, the deliviery was delayed. UPS never cucceeds with home delivery. The parcel alwatys gets delayed and then is then delivered to the service point. If the would dump UPS, or offer an alternate shipping company, the rating could be 5.

Attention to detail - great descriptions of wines on the website and paper version of the order inc with the bottles. Good prices. Boxes of 12 bottles are easy to handle. Overall v good experience.

Wein kam wie Bestellt gut verpackt per Post. Vernünftige Lieferzeit. Jetzt warte ich noch auf die Zollrechnung. Wenn es nur der Zoll ist, dann ist es eine günstige Lieferung: Ich werde zukünftig immer wieder im Shop vorbeischauen.
