Great service. Quick shipping of the ordered wines. However, since they use UPS, and UPS is the worst possible shipping company, the deliviery was delayed. UPS never cucceeds with home delivery. The parcel alwatys gets delayed and then is then delivered to the service point. If the would dump UPS, or offer an alternate shipping company, the rating could be 5.

A good all round service

All round a good service and great selection. The only slight challenge was in communicating about my order fulfilment which I had to chase as it was time sensitive. Once I contacted them they continued to be responsive and helpful. I would use them again

Good supplier

Definitely a good supplier with an excellent range of wines, although the prices are not the best in the market and the delivery time, from Barcelona to Lisbon, excessively long.

Close to 5 star! Maybe, maybe try add a couple of more naturalwine producers and its perfect. Maybe also try get any of them with bagnum instead of bottles to make transport less weight
