I paid for my product via debit card and the money was taken from my account. I was hoping to get my order quickly but when I checked the next day the order had not been processed. The company checked the order and found that the system had cancelled the order because my bank was in a different country than my address. I would not think this is unusual in the Global economy and age of internet banks. Also, it was not a credit card and the money was transferred from my account. There should at least be processes in place to inform me that my order had been cancelled and to ensure that the transaction was suspended. However, I did get my money returned to my account when I spoke with customer services and I was able to buy my computer elsewhere.
