Great service via Live Chat before i placed my order... Fast delivery with no problems, chair was in pristine condition on arrival, no damage on the box... all in all recommended. Im all about perfection, i would personally put some padding in the box just to be sure, but im just a customer what do i know? - everything was perfect.

Communication could be much better. It would help if messages were answered on time instead of being ignored, especially when a problem needs to be resolved. If an item is out of stock, that should be communicated clearly in advance. More attention is also needed before sending parcels and when replying to customers. In my case, I was addressed by the wrong name, my ticket was mixed up with another buyer’s case, and after that my messages were ignored. Overall, the process felt careless and frustrating.

I had a very positive experience when I bought my new Herman Miller Mirra 2 Butterfly chair. I sent them a query beforehand and received a prompt reply. The only issue I encountered during the purchase process was that I wanted to pay with PayPal, but this option didn't work on the English page. Consequently, I had to switch to the German page to place the order, but everything went smoothly. My chair was shipped on the same day that I purchased it and I received it at my home in Spain within three working days. Hopefully I won't have any problems with the chair, which looks sturdy and high quality.

Dear Sir/Madam, In general, I like your services and the delivery of previous orders with arm chairs were prompt. The larger order which includes tables caused some difficulties. I wrote to support, but still expect their reply. The order was placed on 30 Jun 2025 17:47:00. The order number is 53748. If you can shed some light on it's fate, I would really appreciate that. Very good experience, customer service was helpful and fast to answer. The order came pretty fast and I’m happy with the product (HM Aston Remastered). The package can be upgraded a little bit. I’m not sure if the chair is refurbished (I ordered new) or there was damage from all the transportation.

Tracking information promised but not provided. Delivery came as a surprise. No home delivery. The forwarder claims nobody was home, which is not true. Had to go to a pick-up point. Great product quality and good packaging, though.

Perfect product quality, pefrect communication and support. Only thing that dissapointed me DHL LV attitude, I aknowlage it's not related to DESIGNCABINET company, but still 99 eur delivery in Europe and they asked me to drag huge box to 5th floor my self. Also bringed only at 10 PM what is not very polite.
