Speedy delivery even though it's not always easy to tell who I am dealing with, and where exactly this person in charge is located. Am I ordering in Germany, or am I ordering abroad (and if so, what consequences would that have for me)? Installing spares is doable but why exactly instructions are missing when it comes to something really demanding is beyond me. And why those instructions are extremely badly conceived, too -- but I am sure this is something to blame the manufacturer for, not Design Cabinet. I recommend strongly against using GLS as a courier service.

Guten Tag, sehr geherte Herschaften von Designcabinet! Am 31.08.2026 habe Ich einen ganz neuen Embody Stuhl gekauft. So wurde in der Beschreibung ganz klar geschrieben. Heute, nach einer geduldiden Erwarterung wurde mir einen Show room Stuhl mit Kratzen auf die Beine und mit fleckiger Polsterung im Schulterbereich zugestellt. Das bedeutet, dass es sich nicht um einen neuen, sondern um einen gebrauchten Stuhl handelt, wie aus den beigefügten Fotos ersichtlich ist. Ich bin absolut nicht zufrieden, ich würde sogar sagen, enttäuscht. Der Stuhl, den ich heute erhalten habe, entspricht nicht der Beschreibung.

Great service via Live Chat before i placed my order... Fast delivery with no problems, chair was in pristine condition on arrival, no damage on the box... all in all recommended. Im all about perfection, i would personally put some padding in the box just to be sure, but im just a customer what do i know? - everything was perfect.

It arrived on time. The purchase process was easy. Real time information about my parcel. The product arrived perfectly and it is just as described. Excellent product and really efficient delivery service. I would highly recommend it.

The chair i ordered was in perfect condition and very well wrapped. I would definitely order from here again in the future if I needed another chair.

Communication could be much better. It would help if messages were answered on time instead of being ignored, especially when a problem needs to be resolved. If an item is out of stock, that should be communicated clearly in advance. More attention is also needed before sending parcels and when replying to customers. In my case, I was addressed by the wrong name, my ticket was mixed up with another buyer’s case, and after that my messages were ignored. Overall, the process felt careless and frustrating.

Very good experience, customer service was helpful and fast to answer. The order came pretty fast and I’m happy with the product (HM Aston Remastered). The package can be upgraded a little bit. I’m not sure if the chair is refurbished (I ordered new) or there was damage from all the transportation.
