Delivery was a bit slow. I expected just a few days. My three products were split over three deliveries. That was also not expected. In the end, all of my products arrived and when I queried my order, the staff were more than helpful and responded quickly. Overall, would use them again but will allow more time for delivery... I would otherwise have given 5 starts, but... 4 ain't bad either :)

ordered 5 items and was sent 1 single tracking number. All supposedly packed together according to the emailed packing slip. 1 item arrived, 2 days after scheduled date, in its retail box no outer packaging just a label stuck on. boxed arrived damaged, looks like it was dropped as side ripped and crushed. No Irish power lead, only an eu one, so cannot check if item damaged. customer service contacted and no apology and blamed shipping company, while they tried they did not make any attempt to ease my frustration, offer compensation or a replacement. Not good enough.

Easy to order from quick delivery and regular update for purchase. I bought two eye pieces for Fuji Xpro 2 and they are in small plastic bag. But the packaging they where posted in was actually much to big for the product. The packaging could be smaller and more environmentally friendly. The postage cost was half the cost of the product purchased and by using smaller packaging might reduce the cost of shipping.

The E-mail Notification when the camera came back in stock. The Competitive Price was Excellent (saving 80 Euro from the price of same shop display model). The Rapid Delivery Time. The 5 Year Warranty (One local shop will only give 2 years guarantee)

Brought BMPCC6kPro and sigma 18-35 had the best price available, and the support staff is very responsive as well. Will highly recommend photospecialist.ie over the physical shops in Ireland, who charge by over few hundred euros more for the camera and the lens.
