i really like that you can choose the exact plant that you want. also the plant is very well protected during transport. it took a week before i got the message that the plant was send. there was a slight issue with the plant but after e-mailing about it the response was prompt and the solution was more than i hoped for. the plants look really healthy and are doing well. the price is a bit high but well worth it with you being able to choose the plant, the customer service and the plants being so healthy. i do wish they had a store you could visit though.

I received my order has been shipped email on the 20th May. To date I have not received my order (previous orders normally take a maximum of 5 days to be delivered). I have followed up with Grow Jungle 4 times via direct message on Instagram, email and WhatsApp politely requesting that they send me the tracking details. I have received no response. I have ordered from them numerous times before and always had good communication with them (pre-order not post-order). I don't understand companies who feel it is ok to just ignore their customers. What a shame as I thought I had found a reliable seller.

Verification when preparing your orders

It would really be advisable to review your control when preparing your orders. Indeed, this is not the first time that this has happened. There was still one plant missing when I unboxed my last order.

Order not received.

Helaas ben ik teleurgesteld. De planten waren bijna dood, de aarde uitgedroogd. Syngonium podophyllum variegata zeer schlecht geworteld ik heb de plant weer in de bewortelingsmiddel gezet De planten waren ook niet zo echt zorgvoelig voor de verzending verpakt, het kan beter. De verzending was ook beetje traag, vind ik. Ik vind echt jammer omdat de winkel geeft wel mooie assortiment maar ...

Shop sent message a week ago saying plants have been shipped, tracking tells me that they are not on way at all, no message about delay from the shop, but paypal transaction was completed immediately with the shipping confirmation. Weird way of business.
