Second chance thai constellation Ordered 3 top cuttings plants, (3leaves) with minor aesthetic damage, currently each plant is pushing out a new leaf, the baby leaf that hardened a bit has amazing sectorial variegation, the other two are still in unfurling process, all together in one planter with 800 gr of warm castings 3 sustee humidity meter stick! Once the three leave are ready and hard i will shop off three leaves showing aesthetic damage ! Result: huge thai with second and third fenestrations, 12 leaves, 3 growth points as they are three of them top cutting! For 165 euros sent home. That is “beyond”good deal, usually you get a baby thai 3 micro leaves for 100 euros / market price! If you lucky you get to check the sales on time as they are sold out in matter of hours, so you should check the emails you dont know what surprise you might find with a micro price! Gd job! Oh

The communication, they way they deal with costumers and also my package never arrived home at the time and never did. I asked a full refund and after many mails and insisting, they made the refund. Scammers after all.

I received the wrong plant two weeks ago and still haven't received a return label. Really bad customer service. Aside from that, the plant, which wasn't exactly cheap, was poorly packaged, it was simply thrown into the box without any protection. Not even a cover over it.

The parcel did not reach me. I do not know what happy-end.It seems that he was brouth în another country.... And the seller did not give me any answer to the complaint.

Goede kwaliteit planten, alleen laatst een dure Hoya Spartioides gekocht die niet overeen kwam met de getoonde afbeelding. Degene op de site had 2 x zoveel steeltjes/bloemstengels als de geleverde. Echt een groot verschil wat vanwege de hoge prijs een tegenvaller was.

poor show from GROW TROPICALS

I ordered a plant on 4/7/23 and other than an original email to say they had received my order and were processing it, I have heard nothing since.I have sent two emails asking for an update but have not received a reply to either one. I would have expected some response to at least let me know what is happening. I am now at the stage where I would rather cancel this order and get a refund.

Very lousy communication. Ordered expensive plant which was fine before they decided to send it weeknafter and realised they don't have it anymore. Very lame excuse. Never gonna order again, first time and really bad experience. I think nothing can compensate this. Will give one stars to every poll I see about them.

I ordered 3 plants, but only 2 were delivered. I contacted them by email and was promised a replacement for the plant that was no longer in the stock and was not delivered. Weeks have now passed and no delivery has been made. Basically 30 euros lost at GrowJungle. Too bad, I will never order here again, although the quality of the plants was good.

Very disappointed

I ordered few plants on 1st of May 2023 but still there is no sign of it. Today is 11th of May 2023. I was not even informed what’s happening and what’s the reason for delay. I contacted them before as well. I spent around €81.

the package arrived completely damaged. But also, the leafs were completely damaged and crumpled. and I am very disappointed with the plant that arrived and its condition.
