Very lousy communication. Ordered expensive plant which was fine before they decided to send it weeknafter and realised they don't have it anymore. Very lame excuse. Never gonna order again, first time and really bad experience. I think nothing can compensate this. Will give one stars to every poll I see about them.

Hoya order was realy not great

I ordered 7 pots of Hoya from this shop and i was mosty dissapointed with what i recived. A bunch of the vines where broken, new leafes ripped and they were overall smaller than the used pictures would lead you to think. One of the Plants has wired damage to the leafs that looks like that plant might not survive. On one plant I even found a mealy bug. I will not order from this shop again.

Très déçue, plante de 2ème chance pas du tout similaire à la seule photo présentée + boîte d'engrais non protégée et ouverte ! Pas de cuillère-mesure fournie avec l'engrais. J'ai envoyé un mail pour savoir combien de grammes pour 10L d'eau, pas de réponse...Je ne recommanderai pas.

poor show from GROW TROPICALS

I ordered a plant on 4/7/23 and other than an original email to say they had received my order and were processing it, I have heard nothing since.I have sent two emails asking for an update but have not received a reply to either one. I would have expected some response to at least let me know what is happening. I am now at the stage where I would rather cancel this order and get a refund.

I received the wrong plant two weeks ago and still haven't received a return label. Really bad customer service. Aside from that, the plant, which wasn't exactly cheap, was poorly packaged, it was simply thrown into the box without any protection. Not even a cover over it.

Two star

Plants- I have mixed reviews here. I made three purchases and out of this 10% survived. Pacakging- poor. The plants are not watered enough. When they arrive the plants are completely dry and not salvageable Communication- no response on watsapp, Instagram or to emails

The parcel did not reach me. I do not know what happy-end.It seems that he was brouth în another country.... And the seller did not give me any answer to the complaint.
