i really like that you can choose the exact plant that you want. also the plant is very well protected during transport. it took a week before i got the message that the plant was send.
there was a slight issue with the plant but after e-mailing about it the response was prompt and the solution was more than i hoped for.
the plants look really healthy and are doing well.
the price is a bit high but well worth it with you being able to choose the plant, the customer service and the plants being so healthy. i do wish they had a store you could visit though.

I received my order has been shipped email on the 20th May. To date I have not received my order (previous orders normally take a maximum of 5 days to be delivered). I have followed up with Grow Jungle 4 times via direct message on Instagram, email and WhatsApp politely requesting that they send me the tracking details. I have received no response. I have ordered from them numerous times before and always had good communication with them (pre-order not post-order). I don't understand companies who feel it is ok to just ignore their customers. What a shame as I thought I had found a reliable seller.
