XRshop doesn‘t have the Pico 4 "In-Stock". Noone in Europe has stock. But they just didn‘t update their page to reflect that so people like me and others unknowingly buy from them. Their customer service is a shit, no replies at all after tens of mails, the only infos I got was from the community that share the same mistreatment from this scam shop. They say items are "In-Stock" instead of just being honest, the customer support doesn't reply to people at all, they lie where they can. They tell people their product is ready to be shipped and thus they can't cancel their order, even tho that's a lie as well. I wish I had paid with PayPal so I could just get my money back and force them to cancel, as it seems to be the only way with this shop as other people have mentioned. Don't waste your money here, buy the Pico from Amazong or somewhere else. This is a shit show of a shop so far.
