The package was delivered quickly and the parts could be assembled easily and without tools. It would be nice if the shelf part was available in a larger size, then it would look even better in our hallway as a small bench.

Quick and uncomplicated. Shipping with DHL or Hermes would be more pleasant. I could only pick up the package at certain times. It was a bit annoying.

I ordered from Müller Möbel for the first time and was not disappointed. A nicely designed and organized website with great product images, so you can take a good look at everything beforehand. A quick response to my questions and helpful short consultation preceded the purchase. As a new customer, I was also offered a small welcome discount. The ordering process was uncomplicated, and there was sufficient information about all steps. The ordered nightstand named ADD-ON-NO. 5 - Drawer for hanging on the bedside came well packaged, fit perfectly, and was deemed very valuable and good by even my usually very critical husband. In my opinion, it could have been a little bit bigger, but that's nitpicking. All in all, it was a very good purchase decision and experience. Many thanks to the team at Müller Möbel. I will gladly shop here again!

The furniture from the Müller company is really very beautiful and well thought-out. I really like the design, and the quality, in my case of the bed, is very good. Building it is not manageable with the supplied tools; anyone who does not have a ratchet handy and only has basic tools will have a hard time assembling the bed with the provided hex key. So a note on the required tools would be helpful. I needed a ratchet, 2 clamps, and a rubber mallet. The shipping with Schenker is a complete disaster. After the first shipping announcement, my schedule changed and it was not possible to postpone delivery by one day within 4 days. No one at Schenker was reachable, emails were ignored... no matter what happens, Schenker delivers! And leaves everything in the driveway in the rain without even asking to sign the delivery note. My wife came home earlier than expected and the furniture pieces survived 5 hours in the rain because they were well-packed. The next morning, they might not have been salvageable. Müller urgently needs another shipping company that is still customer-oriented. I also added a Philips Hue lighting system in color to the bed and am very satisfied with the furniture.

The two stackable loungers and mattresses were delivered as agreed. Scheduling the delivery was smooth, and everything went well during the setup. Although the system is decades old, it is still absolutely ingenious. The loungers not only look good but are also fully functional beds. We have them in the guest room, where now one or two people can stay overnight.

In the instructions for assembling the Bridge desk, one step was not described, namely the one where the round metal pieces must be inserted into the side parts to give the desk stability. We had already assembled everything, including the shelf, when these parts were still left over with the screws, and we had to disassemble everything again. That was unfortunate.
