I ordered a total of 4 small lamps and am quite satisfied. My request to replace a shade, as it had a small crack inside, could not be fulfilled, but they offered me a refund of 5€. Since these lamps can only be operated with a maximum of 10 watts, I saw no further danger of the glass shade shattering and gratefully accepted the refund. Delivery was prompt and packaging was very well padded. I think I would order from Lampe.de again, but for now, I am well equipped.

Fast delivery, unfortunately the ceiling lamp was packed in a huge carton (almost as big as me) and the box was partly open and crushed, so I had to pick it up at the post office due to the damaged packaging. The huge box obviously didn't fit in my small car, so I had to unpack it on site, then the outer carton was still stuffed with an enormous amount of bubble wrap, which I had to place on the passenger seat first. Then I had to dismantle the huge carton on site to get it into the car. In my opinion, this is not acceptable, it's already the second time the packaging has been overly excessive, so an adapted packaging with hints about the contents would have been completely sufficient!!!

Priced attractively - Delivery date indicated at order was too optimistic - only after the complaint was immediate or very quick delivery made - the delay was not due to lampe.de, they immediately contacted the manufacturer, who then promptly sent the goods - so the lamps could just arrive in time. Nonetheless, the purchase of the lamps has remained a positive memory.

Giving five stars is also easy for me because I was able to get the floor lamps in the super special offer. 60 euros instead of 120 euros (per piece) is of course unbeatable. Otherwise, it applies that just one lampshade normally costs as much as the complete lamp here, which although simple in appearance, can also be easily assembled and does what it should: distribute pleasant light diffusely in the room... So, I am very satisfied!

I urgently needed a replacement lamp that I could no longer find. About 6 years ago, I had purchased several lamps as wall lights, floor lamps, and candelabras, 12 pieces, and now wanted a replacement for a defective one. However, I had not found the invoice (it has now resurfaced) and despite very sparse details, the customer service helped me with great patience. I am very satisfied with my order at Lampe.de. The selection on the website is large and clear, so you quickly find the right product. The price-performance ratio is also, in my opinion, very good. I find the wide selection of lamps and light sources particularly positive – even if you are looking for something more unusual or a special design, you will find it. The delivery was quick and everything arrived safely and undamaged. Overall, a clear recommendation!

Good morning, I waited a week before writing something because it is my habit to adapt to the purchased object. I must say that the purchase itself is definitely on point, well delivered and protected with extreme care within the agreed times and promptly communicated by the courier. Easy to assemble and the instructions are straightforward. If I may say so, perhaps 1 cm more in thickness and 2 cm more in width wouldn't hurt, it would be top level.

The hole for the cable passage from the ceiling is too far from the center; previously, they had it almost directly in the middle. Since no one has 20 cm long cables sticking out of the ceiling for a lamp, an extension unfortunately needs to be built in a cumbersome manner. Everything else is fine.

There's nothing to complain about the seller, everything as it should be. Fast shipping, well packed, well communicated. However, the lamp isn't much of a standout. Unfortunately, you almost only get Chinese junk in 'great' design for a lot of money, even in the (supposed) sale... Shame

I had ordered 2 ceiling fans with lights. They were packaged individually, each in a very large, very soft box that was barely taped shut, with lots of air cushions. The first fan arrived quickly, the box was slightly dented on one side, but otherwise intact, the contents were fine. The second fan arrived 3 days later, the box was heavily damaged and sealed with what seemed to be 2 rolls of DHL tape, the air cushions inside were 90% burst, but the contents of the box were fine. The first fan appeared to have been unpacked before, as the rotor blades were no longer in foil like on the second fan, and the reflector foil on the light was completely loose and bumpy, while on the second fan it was tightly wrapped and smooth. Apart from this, there were no noticeable differences, and both fans were completely fine and intact, so I did not complain further. For the fan that might have been delivered earlier and the slightly sloppy packaging, I deduct one star.

The massive lamp with six spots was delivered quickly and exactly according to plan, but despite very good and stable packaging, a lampshade was shattered into pieces during delivery. After my email, the company responded quickly and asked for a picture of the damaged shade to be sent back with the clear promise to provide the replacement part as quickly as possible for free. The next day, the perfectly packed replacement shade was already on its way and this problem was resolved in a super communicative, unbureaucratic, helpful, and uncomplicated way. Simply 10 out of 10! Many thanks!

I especially liked that in my second order, my lamps were double and triple padded in the box, because in my first order the lamps arrived broken and not padded at all.\nI got my money back immediately. It's just a shame that I had to order the same lamps again at 3 euros more per piece and couldn't get them at the previous price.\n\n

I received almost daily updates on the delivery time, which was slightly longer than expected. The ceiling fan is a beautifully crafted piece of very solid material. The parts were well packaged and everything fits perfectly. To mount the lamp, you need help; otherwise, you’ll never get the screws in because of the cables there. The operation is great; at high speed, it remains fairly quiet, which was nice for our bedroom.

We accidentally picked the wrong light bulbs when placing the order. After consulting with customer service, we were helped very quickly and without any issues. The correct light bulbs were delivered very quickly. Even free of charge. Couldn't ask for more. 100% Recommended

The shop questioned my order as I ordered the same lamp in small and large to avoid returns, and they offered me advice immediately. I think the idea is great. However, I really needed both and afterwards everything worked quickly and perfectly. This was my third order and again everything was fine. I will order from you again.

The lamp looks bigger in the photos. Especially the wooden board looks thicker in the pictures. Otherwise, the stated dimensions are correct. The assembly is a bit wobbly with just two hands. It would be easier if you could hang the top part onto/on the bottom part when connecting. The delivery was super fast. Works just fine.

We returned our ordered floor lamp because it didn't work. The return process went smoothly without any issues. After 2 days, we received a new lamp. We had ordered 2 more lamps and are very satisfied with them. The price-performance ratio is excellent. We would order from Hofstein again at any time.
