This is the best pan we've ever had (Ceratal, 24cm). We've had the pan for about six years or so, and since then it has been on the stove several times a day in our 4-person household. We don't take special care with cooking equipment, but this 'high-performance pan' :-) handles it easily. Sometimes it even goes in the dishwasher. Even after all this time, the coating is still very good, which is really amazing. For larger cooking sessions, we bought the exact same pan again.

Fast delivery of spare parts and everything very well packaged. The prices for spare parts are, as with all spare parts, steep, but a new pot still costs more. I have had my Vitaquick for 30 years, replaced the rolling diaphragm twice, the Unimatic once, and now the entire cooking valve. Actually, only the valve stem was broken, but the entire valve needs to be replaced. Of course, several sealing rings as well. It all remains reasonable when you consider how well the pot has served me so far. I'm very glad that there are still spare parts for the pot.

I inherited Fissler cookware from my parents, which, even after many years, still works wonderfully. Today, I own a Fissler set myself and am convinced that I will pass it on to my daughter one day. In a time when many products are made for a short lifespan, Fissler produces cookware that lasts generations. Excellent craftsmanship, durable materials, and timeless quality make the difference. Fissler doesn't just sell pots – Fissler creates products that can be inherited.

I ordered a gasket for a "Fissler" pressure cooker from 1988, after having bought 2 other cheaper ones before. With the others, steam leaked between the ring and the lid while cooking. With the original "Fissler" ring, I thought the pot might explode because no steam leaked at all. It cost twice as much as the others, but the purchase was worth it. Do I still not need to buy a new pressure cooker after 38 years? Thanks, Konrad

I have been cooking with them for 15 years now. It's great how they retain the heat. Only these pots have been used on my table ever since. I especially liked that I was still able to get spare parts for the pressure cooker. Ordering and delivery were flawless and super fast. Thank you very much.

We own a more than 50-year-old pressure cooker, "Fissler Vitavit Royal". After 50 years, the lid valve was broken, and we were worried that the current valves might not fit anymore. After consulting customer service, we ordered a new valve (customer service took about a week to respond, but they are reliable). The valve arrived, fit, and works perfectly. The pressure cooker is like new again - for the next 50 years!!!!!!

I ordered a sealing ring from Fissler on 30.04.26 with the transaction number 225061. This order was unfortunately incorrect and was renewed on 08.05.26 with order number 225742. The new sealing ring fits now. I paid for both rings with PayPal. The price was €27.99 each. Wouldn't it be better to offset the returned ring with the new ring in case of such incorrect orders?

I stumbled upon a Fissler pan by chance. My sister didn't want hers anymore, and I wanted to try it out. It was a 26 cm without coating with that wavy bottom. What can I say, I then bought a large coated one from Fissler and threw away all the others. The heat distribution is great, they don't warp when heated. I will get another one and will be well-equipped with pans. Of course, I'm curious how long the coating will last, but that remains to be seen.

The goods (pot handle for converting Vitaquick® to Vitavit® Premium and the sealing ring for pressure cookers before 2010 for another pressure cooker) correspond to the order numbers and fit as they should. Finding the order numbers on the Fissler homepage was easy. I received the goods within 5 days.

The sieves make a good impression. Contrary to hope, they have no points for dirt residues, unfortunately after cleaning in the dishwasher at 70°, a black edge forms under the outer rim of the large sieve. Also, Made in PRC is unfortunately standard today despite the high price. However, the silicone spatula is beyond any doubt. Top.

The ordered item exactly matched the description and was delivered very quickly in secure packaging. The quality is excellent! Particularly noteworthy is the very good and friendly contact with the ladies of Fissler's telephone customer service! I would love to shop here again!

Now I have a wok pan that makes cooking even more enjoyable. Great material, high recycling content, Made in Germany. Probably (and hopefully) as durable as my pressure cooker from Fissler, for which I ordered a new sealing ring. I've been cooking with it for 25 years 🥰 Order processing and delivery went smoothly.
