I discovered MSC through a recommendation and link on another website - I'm so pleased that I did!
Having taken quite some time looking through the MSC website and other information they provide, I was happy to place my first order with them. Knowing that their products do not contain any fillers or other unwanted ingredients, ticked a huge box for me. Also, I believe their pricing is very fair for the quality of product they provide.
The shipping was super fast! It was shipped on Thurs 19th Oct and arrived at the pick up point I chose - in Spain! - on Mon 24th Oct. Incredible!
I can't recommend MSC enough and I'm already planning my next order!

Updating new card details should be immediate, I have never been asked to use Paypal. I pay various companies with my card and have never had any problems. The card in question has been in use for 3 years, as such it's not new. Four weeks earlier I had paid MCS for my first order with the same card everything was OK and the sale went through. on paying for the second order about 5 weeks later there seemed to be problems as the old card numbers kept coming up instead of the reinstated new one, MCS asked me to use Paypal, which I did and the sale went through. The above has never happened before and I was left none the wiser what the problem might have been.

Thank you for your feedback.
Indeed, for Dutch orders, we use PostNL as a (free) standard shipping option.
We checked your case and based on the information we have available, we understand the following:
- Your package has been sent out on 15th February and on 16th PostNL tried to deliver your package but could not find anyone at home
- As a result, they delivered the package to a pick-up point, 2 minutes away from your home by car
- Two days latter, on 17th, you picked up your order from the pick-up point
Is this correct? Please let us know if there was anything else, besides this, that makes PostNL a very bad option, so that we use it as an input in our decision-making process.
Alternatively, besides free shipping, we also offer express shipping that can be selected during checkout.

Cela ne concerne pas vos produits mais votre société de livrage . En effet , et celle ci est coutumière du fait , la POST NL n'apporte pas votre colis à domicile
pais directement au point relais . Nous avons eu souvent le cas ou nous étions présent et personne n'est passé . Une fois , il s'est même arrêté juste en face de chez nous est resté dans son camion puis est reparti . Il faut dire aussi que notre point relais n(est pas facile d'accès vu le peu de place de parking et nous essaierons de prendre un autre transporteur la prochaine fois .

I like how fast you delivery the supplements and the fact I can track down de deliveries on the all way to my home.
However, for the last promotion from december, I felt punished having a subscription. I did not have a choice to applied this subscription or not for the supplement you promoted.

Indeed, when a subscription discount is applied, free product coupons cannot be applied at the same time. This is a technical limitation of the webshop, that will be addressed soon. However, whenever you encounter this issue again, please place your order and e-mail us. Once we receive the e-mail, we will make sure the specific free product will be added to your order.
