Another completely smooth large transaction with Tattahome. I love that you have my favorite brand in sizes and colors that are not available in the US at nice price points. I also love that all of my fragile items, through many large (multi thousand dollar) orders have always arrived in perfect condition. This time I had a few questions and Antonio did a marvelous job of communicating with me and actually being available at ANY Hour. He was unbelievable! So far, I have no improvement suggestions. I'm completely satisfied with Tattahome.

I placed an order early January ( 8/1/23 ) and still today ( 21/6/23 ) I haven't received neither the products ordered nor a refund. Nobody bothered to contact me about the delay of my order unless I enquired. I requested a refund almost 2 months ago and still haven't received. The company hasn't even given me any proof of the refund and is claiming that the refund has is being processed. Ofcourde none is willing to compensate me in any way for this unbelievable delay and very poor customer service...

It was better than I thought it would be. On the website it said that the ceiling lamp will be available for shipping after 4-5 weeks, but after only 2 weeks I got an email that it was ready for shipment. The lamp was exactly like the pictures and we didn't have any issues with international shipping (the box was a bit rough but the product was not affected). thank you tattahome

They were really helpful to us. We bought a bathtub and a mirror. It was extremely well packaged. When we moved houses, we needed a tiny spare part to put the mirror up and they sent it free of charge! Excellent, quick service.

Lack of transparency regarding added import and VAT fees+ dusty item upon delivery.

Item arrived very dusty. Hidden fees/ lack of transparency/ information being given regarding import and duty taxes + VAT upon purchase. (£200 added cost upon delivery on top of initial price, and this information wasn't given at the time of purchase on Tattahone's website).
