Very good customer service and response on questions. I was a little surprised by the US duty fee when the product arrived in the US. After looking back at the order confirmation email I found it stated in the body of the text which I missed. A notice upon ordering would have been nice to know and may have changed my mind about placing the order due to overall cost.

This is the first occasion on which I have purchased from your company, and I am impressed by the competitive pricing. Following the order consolidation, I was advised to read the reviews, which were not favourable with regard to customer service. This is a source of considerable stress for me, but I have to say that, in my case, everything were going very well. The delivery was received one day ahead of schedule, which was ideal and I am pleased.

Product received was as expected for a LeCreuset product. I had to order from Tatthome to get the rainbow colors I wanted because I could not find them anywhere else. Took 8 weeks. Between shipping, and the tax on goods from Italy for Americans, the cost to get these items was half of the total cost. My only complaint was I did not see any notation or warning during the order process about the import taxes. To receive a message from DHL at the end of the 8 weeks that I needed to pay that additional $50 to receive the products was aggravating.

I ordered lladro bird hook. first I went to perigold that charged men almost double. perigold never showed. then perigold sent me a replacement, which also never showed. canceled those and bought from tattahome which was 1/2 the price and delivered in 4 days. these are the facts, and this is tattahome. many thanks. highly recommended. bg

It took several months to receive my order, and it required a lot of follow up with their customer support to manage the delay. However, their customer support was very easy to work with. My item arrived intact. It made an amazing lamb tagine last night!

The dishes I ordered arrived in excellent condition and I am very pleased. They are perfect. I was a little concerned with the length of time it took my order to process and lack of information, but once the order was ready to go, tracking was excellent.

My parcel arrived reasonably quickly and was exactly what I had ordered, which was all great. The only thing was, when I ordered the product it was not made clear that it was being shipped from another country, as the product was priced in UK pounds sterling. Therefore I had a shock when I was asked to pay an additional £50 in import duties, and another disappointment when I found that the product had a foreign plug on it which cannot be used in the UK.

The tray–chopping board looks very elegant and distinctive — truly a beautiful addition to the dining table. Aside from a few rough burrs on the wood surface, everything else is impeccable. I plan to have a carpenter sand it down, and perhaps apply a layer of wood wax oil, which should resolve the issue. The website’s shopping process is clear, smooth, and reliable. Highly recommended.

While the purchased items came from outside of the United States and therefore took a while, I was very happy with the communication from Tattahome. The only thing was that I ordered two of something on the website and Tattohome found that they only had one item. They communicated quickly and gave me a refund.

The product and price are terrific, and I appreciated the quick response to my customer service inquiries. I would have liked a little more pro-active communication from the company, not just replies to my inquiries about when the product would arrive.

I expected the Le Creuset batter bowl to be bigger, but it still is beautiful and serves its purpose. That’s not your fault. Thank you for your prompt service and the lovely product.

I ordered some contemporary water bottles and juice glasses and they came as advertised. I could not find the the same quality or look anywhere else!! The communication and tracking were all clear and professional and my items were well packed. I would order again.

Tattahome should to be more clear with pricing. The items sound cheaper but then I got charge 85 euro for shipping and another $44 tax to receive in the US. It’s a import tax that vendors supposed to pay- Not a consumer. I didn't want to fight so I paid but I felt deceived and misled because Tattahome didn’t mention about it upfront.

Beautiful products, that were well packed, so I have received them in perfect condition. I appreciate the prompt responses and flexibility as I changed my order. Everything was handled very professionally.
