Tattahome was able to locate and ship an item that I was finding backordered by other companies. They shipped my item into this country in very little time. The customs review and delivery once in the US was unfortunately long and frustrating but that was not Tattahome’s fault. The shipping box was strong and the item well packed. No harm came to the fragile contents despite the frequent shipping site changes.

1. Italian appliances run on 220-240 Volt current. I had to buy an expensive transformer to run my new espresso machine. I don't have it until tomorrow, so fingers crossed that it will work.

Product As Expected but Americans Take Note
Product received was as expected for a LeCreuset product. I had to order from Tatthome to get the rainbow colors I wanted because I could not find them anywhere else. Took 8 weeks. Between shipping, and the tax on goods from Italy for Americans, the cost to get these items was half of the total cost. My only complaint was I did not see any notation or warning during the order process about the import taxes. To receive a message from DHL at the end of the 8 weeks that I needed to pay that additional $50 to receive the products was aggravating.

My THIRD order from Tattahome. Great place to find Le Creuset item NOT sold in the U.S. and at good prices. However now that Tariffs and Duty Taxes are in place, there is no way of knowing what the amount will be and Tattahome doesn't give any info on that. If you're not in Italy it doesn't benefit ordering from Tattahome.
