Takes too long for orders to be processed and shipped. The shipping time is long enough without having to wait for the store to dispatch your order on time. Also customer service is non existent. I haven’t received a reply to any of my emails. This review is quite generous all things considered.

My experience was bad with ADH-Fishing shop! Phonned Adh fishing before placing order and got informed that item is in stock and will be delivered in max 5 days. The item was shipped next day.
Unfortunately seller failed provide my phone number to the GLS company and parcel after 8 days was returned to the seller
Still didn't get my refund from ADH Fishing

Thank you very much for your direct feedback. Basically, we have all products that are visible in the shop in stock and ready to ship. Therefore, we can guarantee fast shipping, even abroad. Nevertheless, it can unfortunately happen that an error occurs with our shipping partners (GLS, DHL etc.). We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service this time. The money from your order has been refunded to you.

Really, Really not a serious shop
I made an order, paid for it, didn't receive all my items, the invoice and of course my net was bended but the package was intact. After 10days I just received an email that they are sorry and somebody else will get in contact and solve the issue.
Nobody else contact me, I made my fishing trip with a borrowed net and I am very frustrated because it is not normal for this kind of behavior.
