Item ordered and paid immediately. Expected delivery date not later than 5 Dec 2023. As of 8 Dec 2023 no sign of packet even being send.. No communication from the shop received regarding shipment, nor for expected delivery date. I had to buy a new actuation plate in order not to stop works at the apartment, which caused me to pay significantly more than what i would pay by ordering from another shop online. First time purchase from this shop and i can say last. As much as i do not like to support big shops like Amazon, i must admit their service is light years ahead of this one. Its a pity but i will give it a miss from now on.

Great website to order bathroom supplies in the EU
We have placed a large other with this company and would absolutely use again. Very easy to communicate with when necessary - we had to cancel some items and do a return and no problems whatsoever. Absolutely recommend. We had everything shipped to Spain with DHL and excellent.
