Yesterday, I sent you two e-mails, only a few hours apart, with explanation too.
Your order with destination Australia shipped August 8. Postal packages usually take 2-4 weeks for delivery in AU. This was also indicated in the checkout.
Today is August 22. An investigation cannot be initiated at this moment. For this, the usual time frame must be exceeded.
For your order to Australia, you have selected the postal route, which in this case is more economical than UPS courier service. Post takes 2-4 weeks for delivery. UPS takes 2-4 days.
We try to be upfront about transit times. I am sorry that this info was missed.
For now, I am asking you to keep an eye on the Australia Post tracking info and give them time to bring your shipment to you.
