Switching delivery options
I’m giving a low rating not because of the product itself. The item arrived in good condition and approximately within the discussed timeframe.
The 1-star rating is due to the seller’s decision to unilaterally change the shipping method.
The order qualified for free shipping due to its high value, and UPS Express was selected during checkout — a service that delivers in just 2 days and suited my needs perfectly.
However, the seller switched to a local postal service purely to save costs.
When I asked why my selected method was changed, I was told it was simply more convenient for them.
This raises the question — why offer a choice of delivery options if it’s ultimately ignored?
My feedback and comments regarding delivery time and convenience were also disregarded.
I was even asked to pay an additional €100 to restore the original, faster shipping option.
This experience has left me disappointed and frustrated with the overall customer service.
