My experience was extremely positive. After a failed attempt delivery, I have spoken to Lukas on the phone who guided me through the options to deliver the parcel. Throughout the following e-mails, Lukas was always very cordial and willing to genuinely help. The item then arrived internationally to its destination 2 days after, exactly how I was promised.
Absolutely fantastic customer service from Ana at baby care Netherlands. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to answer my questions and keep me up to date throughout my purchase.

The item is okay though it didn’t come sealed or with a box , I wanted to gift for my brother, receiving the item in this condition couldn’t help for doing so !
It was bit disappointing actually
Ordered in UK Tuesday night and delivered to my Grandson in Germany on the Thursday. Beautiful activity table. Thank you.
