Your service is fantastic, & the item works perfectly. However, the same cannot be said for your shipper - UPS. I left the following review on Trustpilot about them... ........... BAD EXPERIENCE WITH UPS, AS USUAL As usual, UPS are terrible when it comes to service & competence. Delivery required a signature, parcel was left at front door before i could open it. Driver was back in van and actually drove away as I was talking to him. RUDE. Checked online to find it was accepted by "Mike" - funny, he didn't get a name or signature FROM ANYONE. You should charge for any duty to be paid at the point of purchase not surprise customers with a bill at the door. Even after paying the duty via phone the delivery person was still asking for the funds and demanded proof I'd paid, The payment via phone wasn't great either, they provide a telephone number to call and then transfer you to what appears an overseas contact. DPS just as bad obviously.

Incomplete Product

Although recommended by Which UK I was disappointed because the hedge trimmer that was provided did not have a cable and the address on the package did not include the House number and it was only thanks to the diligence of the UPS driver that the product arrived at all

Package was lost in UPS logistic. Conrad failed to fill in the delivery adress witn complete name and telephone number. I had to search my self the package and to travel 20km to the UPS warehouse, and to pick it up myself. This only the Conrad misstake due to por logistics, as I have seen on the printed label from the package. Im am not happy at all !

the HSN code entered is wrong 2nd order, 1st order same qty same material different HSN code compare to 2nd order. we ended up paying more custom amount and taxes After paymemnt done we waited for 20 days to get confirmation they received payment and asking additional charges as weight going above 30kg, when i said last order same quanity we done but no charges why charges then they said later they processing. taken 4 working days to send to UPS. Overall am really disappointed in order time when stock was available and payment done same day and sent email also paypal transaction details by email. but no one responded until i send every day email and contacted various ways. i have attached 1st order HSN code given by you to UPS and which is different hsn code given by your team in 2nd order. we paid custom duty 150 times more amount

Dear Customer, it is not possible for us to charge the customs duties because we do not collect them. This is a country matter. Your country collects the duties for imports you make, not the seller. The shipping service is the implementing body appointed by the country to do this.

Fürchterlich schlechter Versandservice

Man fragt sich, wofür es eine Rubrik „Bemerkungen“ im Bestellformular gibt, wenn dieses ignoriert wird. Ich hatte gebeten, das Paket mit DHL und nicht mit UPS zu versenden, da die zeitgerechte Zustellung in Rumänien nicht funktioniert und das Paket primär eine Woche bei denen im Lager herumliegt. Auf dem Versandetikett ist dies sogar zweimal angeführt. Entweder sind die Leute blind, die den Versand machen oder es ist denen egal. Weiters ist auf dem Versandetikett die Telefonnummer nicht vermerkt, sodass sich der Fahrer einen Wolf im ländlichen Gebiet sucht. Alles in allem ein fürchterlich schlechter Versandservice, der mich in Zukunft davon abhalten wird wieder mehr bei Conrad zu bestellen. Ein Anbieter aus der USA bewerkstelligt eine Bestellung mit ca. 50 Posten in einem Tag und die Bauteile sind innerhalb von drei Tagen bis zur Haustür geliefert. Das nenne ich Service!

Actually 1 order was replaced , but it was considered as 2 orders , 1st order payment was delayed but automatically was placed and took the money from the sored card at PayPal, also items were missing each order was consist of 2 items , it looks that due to seller on reason send both package with on 1 item, other items were not shipped. what i was expecting different item was delivered but each box with 1 items , I am buying long time no such thing was done before The buyer . Learn English. Stop using UPS. I was told delivery would happen "shortly" in the reference line of the respective email; in the email body it turns out that the delivery schedule was 5 days away. A day before schedule I am told I was not at home during their delivery attempt. So I had to go get the parcel from a collection point. Thank you very much.

POOR AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Be active and responsive to your buyer's cry/concerns/questions even when it does not make sense. Conrad is not customer focus. The stress you made us go through on this order is what I have never witnessed and do not wish anyone to witness and up till this moment in time, no single word of apology from CONRAD. It is indeed a shame!!!

The worst delivery ever!

I received the package after 2 weeks!!! You have the worst possible courier!!! It is not possible for a parcel to stay in their warehouse in Romania for 1 week! I have parcels from China ordered after the one from Conrad and they arrived before him! I will never order from this store again, unless you offer DHL shipping.

Connectors arrived with bended pins and the order was incomplete with missing parts. Not the first time with Conrad. Also shipping costs of 20 euro's a bit steep for a small parcel and then it was delayed . Waited one whole day and it did not arrive without notice of delay. All in all very poor service
