BAD EXPERIENCE WITH UPS, AS USUAL
As usual, UPS are terrible when it comes to service & competence. Delivery required a signature, parcel was left at front door before i could open it. Driver was back in van and actually drove away as I was talking to him. RUDE. Checked online to find it was accepted by "Mike" - funny, he didn't get a name or signature FROM ANYONE.
AVOID THIS BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT MORONS LIKE THE PLAGUE.

You should charge for any duty to be paid at the point of purchase not surprise customers with a bill at the door.
Even after paying the duty via phone the delivery person was still asking for the funds and demanded proof I'd paid, The payment via phone wasn't great either, they provide a telephone number to call and then transfer you to what appears an overseas contact. DPS just as bad obviously.

I'm a regular customer. Excellent service. Ordering was easy. I was kept informed of delivery date. And Conrad informed me that the item had been delivered successfully by UPS. The courier made a mistake by delivering it to a neighbour but because Conrad told me, I was able to track it down. Conrad also included an earthed plug adapter in the box. The kettle is great quality and works well. Excellent service. Dankeschön!

Formidable petite scie (15 cm) pour les travaux de précision. Défauts: l'achat du transformateur 0255 pour la faire fonctionner et si vous travailler le bois, il vaut mieux ne pas travailler plus de 30 minutes d'affilée pour ne pas faire chauffer le moteur. Sur la photo: bricolage en bois de 7 cm de haut représentant les reliques de la mort.

I am delighted to be able to receive goods in an easy manner from the EU, particularly since the UK decided to leave, i know that for many small businesses this has been quite a difficult time, especially for exporting. Conrad Electronics is a very organised company and quick to respond for which i am very grateful.

Conrad seem to be the only people in Europe who sell the A5 binders we needed in the UK and I was a bit put off by the inevitable cost of postage. However, we ordered a few more than we needed as an economy of scale and the folders were delivered really quickly, so the outcome was 10/10 for us.

The delivery was a day later than estimated, and the UPS site was a little confusing, indicating “address incomplete” or similar.
The website didn’t have an easy means of clarifying the address details, but the package did arrive .
I was a bit concerned that it might be returned to sender!
