The delivery with UPS was terrible. They deliver the product, at anytime from 8 am to 8 pm according to their schedule and if they dont find you, for 3 times they return the product back to the seller. You must wait all Day UPS to delivery. No tel call before no access point to take it by yourself. As a solution was give to delivery the product to my neighbours Pharmacy. I asked them to delivery it after 2pm at any Day and they refused to cooperate, said me that you paid the cheapest delivery service. Is the cheapest delivery service 20 euros for 4 small connectors??? Very dissapointed with that... All the other tasks was Very good.

I very much like the fact that I could communicated with Conrad personal via email. For example there was an issue with my VAT number, I was informed by the relevant Conrad department and the communication continue until the issue was resolved. I very much like also that the product came to me exactly the on time as it was stated into Conrad webpage. The product that I received looks fantastic. This is my first experience with Conrad I will definitely continue to shop with Conrad.

I got my order. The items are good, no issues were found. The "In-Time" courier representing UPS in Bulgaria delivered poorly as they delayed my order with 4 days due to missed phone number and they didn't make the effort to write me an email for almost a week asking me for this detail. So that can definitely be improved. They marked my order as failed ONLY AFTER I called them to ask what's going on with my order!

I came across Conrad's by accident on the WWW. I am glad I did. What a company to deal with. Professionalism personified. Prices are unbelievable, it would be a lot better if I was VAT registered in Ireland, but I have retired. Communication and customer service was second to none. Delivery way before estimated time. Really enjoyed dealing with this company. Excellent.

You need to include the telephone number of the recipient on the package label. I was also expecting the whole order to be delivered, not in two parts. Apart from that a time efficient delivery to an EU country, and I’m happy I have found a company that sells Hellermanntyton products in small Minimum Quantities. 👍

in general very pleased with the service and products , my only complaint is the delivery service provider to Spain . the use of UPS here in Spain is a hit and miss operation . Delivery service in out lining smaller cities is a hit and miss,

Absolutely all great. Conrad is one of the best sellers. Great in shipment, speed of delivery, quality of packing, Quality of handling. Just all great experience. I am just searching for something to buy from Conrad.

I liked service and commitment of Conrad . But UPS delivery dropped order package to an agent who is very arrogant and disturbing. Also UPS did not call me.

You always updates the customer about status of the order, monitor the forwarder for delivery up until the goods well received by the customer.
