Well, packing & general things were good, but I requested that you mention that the contents are " Railway modelling articles", which in fact they were, it could have saved me a few bucks in customs. Besides my cell no. was also missing from the address on the package. This also I told UPS in Delhi to do after clearance, they were un responsive besides charging me considerable amount towards clearance.

Looks nice in my study room. Great quality and easy to install. The board comes with 3 extra strong magnet. Good quality packaging and arrived about a week time.

Thanks for the quick response and the UPS shipment that arrived within 7 days. Please, when you send us electromagnets (there were 6 in this case), let them be in a package with a seal (paper or bubble). Product is as promised and decent time delivery, BUT UPS lied for me not being home, order was supposed to come in to my address, i had to pay 2O€ for friend to get that from pickup point. I am disabled and can not go away from home, so courier was lazy or disinformed.

I very much like the fact that I could communicated with Conrad personal via email. For example there was an issue with my VAT number, I was informed by the relevant Conrad department and the communication continue until the issue was resolved. I very much like also that the product came to me exactly the on time as it was stated into Conrad webpage. The product that I received looks fantastic. I got my order. The items are good, no issues were found. The "In-Time" courier representing UPS in Bulgaria delivered poorly as they delayed my order with 4 days due to missed phone number and they didn't make the effort to write me an email for almost a week asking me for this detail. So that can definitely be improved. They marked my order as failed ONLY AFTER I called them to ask what's going on with my order!

Service from Conrad was efficient. Unfortunately the only choice of courier was not so good. UPS claimed they tried to deliver. They did not. Someone was in the entire day and no attempt was made to deliver. Further, the only was to control the delivery was to download their app. I do not want another app cluttering up my phone and selling on my personal data. Please provide other alternatives for shipping.

Ordering experience is 100% excellent. Shipment as per the dates mentioned in the website ordering. Shipped by UPS to Bangalore and reached in just 3-4 days. Within India it takes 2-3 days for delivery. But its amazing by UPS service. Its great service and very excellent product when it come to quality & packing, Overall, Conrad is very professional & would 100% recommended.
