As I have a VAT number I shouldn't have to pay VAT on the string I buy. However, to achieve this creates a very complicated procedure from TennisPro compared to other EU websites. Even though I went through this procedure I still got charged VAT! Website should be able to handle the fact that I have a VAT number and set the VAT due to zero.
I ordered NIKE NEW BALANCE 996 V5 PARIS CLAY COURT SHOES 41,5 tennis shoes with order no 500201740, but instead, you sent me the white shoes NIKE 8MM. Please correct your mistake and send me the tennis shoes that I have ordered and paid invoice no 23206220. One week ago L sent back the error delivery and despite sending you 2 e-mails asking when I would get my order I did not receive any information. I am very disappointed by your service I deeply regret that i placed oredr to your company, Andrzej Klimpel
Would be perfect if... I hadn't need to return any item.
Overall, the buying experience was very positive with a visually appealing site, competitive prices, and fast shipping. However, the inconvenience of a €15 return shipping fee for an ill-fitting product detracted from the overall satisfaction.

We are sorry to hear about that, but the return is not free on our webiste and it is specified on our website, If someone is interested we propose a Fedex shipping label that costs 15€.

Package was delivered by UPS, this company is not good in Lithuania. By not good I mean, first I got message that package will be delivered on Thursday, but it did not happened. So when I got message that will be on Friday, but I was already away, I had to change delivery to pickup terminal and UPS has only one pickup place in Vilnius, where lives more then 600 000 people. For example DPD company has much better service.

Amazing selection and competitive price. Customer service is fast and responsive. Only one minus is that they use UPS, which causes a lot of problems in getting the package (DHL would be much better in this regard, at least in Finland).

Though the package arrived 1 day later than first estimated and it was damaged / partially ripped, the products inside were ok.
The price of transport and the values for free transport compared to spain which makes me not buy many items from you such as balls, accessories, clothes, etc..
