I am really pleased with my purchase from HSCPH. I was well informed off the order status with great tracking provided. The top is perfect in every way, the quality is superb, made from such a soft and comfortable material. The dusty blue colour is my favourite tone of blue.
The snood in the kit colour is a neutral shade It will be so cosy to wear when the weather becomes colder, it fits snugly.

This robe is beautifully made, and the fabric has a bit of drape, which is something you don’t often find with fleece… Also, I’m 6’2” 175lbs and it’s about 2 1/2 inches from the ground so you do have to be pretty tall to pull it off, but it’s cut rather slim and absolutely gorgeous Now I just need this ridiculous summer to get over it so I can wear it :-)

I prefer parcels to be delivered to my address rather than pick up, I had trouble collecting my last order from you. I checked Hscph emails & UPS but the number I needed was in an oopod email!
I was also taken aback by the response of customer service when you didn’t have what I ordered. I know mistakes happen but I felt the response was far too abrupt, considering my disappointment when I discovered I would not be getting what I had ordered & what I had been looking forward to receiving & wearing.

The item I ordered is warm and well made, if a bit on the pricey side. One thing that would be better is to allow home delivery of my item as shipped through UPS. I am willing to pay a bit more for home delivery as I work from home.

If I return an insured parcel within Germany, it would be cheaper, but considering international, it is a good deal. I also like thd quality of the products.
