I'm very happy with how my labels turned out. I really like the online design process. It made it really easy to design and see exactly how your labels would look. Customer service has been great. They sent me samples of different tags to look at and feel. This really helped me choose the right tag. The tag I was thinking about getting, I didn't end up liking as well for what I needed. All the tags were really good quality. I really like the free shipping, but it did take longer than I expected. Once I saw my final tags they were better than I thought. I really liked how the stitching turned out. They look really good. I will be using them again for my business.

I ordered three types of labels. There was a problem with one of them, so I contacted customer service. They said they were going to find out what went wrong, and they would contact me. I got an email within the hour explaining what the issue was and how I could prevent it in a new order. The amount I already paid was fully refunded within a week.
