I ordered a bottle of wine, my order was confirmed, I paid and suddenly, the next day I was informed that the wine wasn't available anymore and they tried to convince me to purchase another wine. I refused and I asked for a reimbursement.

As always excellent

I recently bought a case of mature bordeaux from Vins Grands Cru. The first bottle I opened was corked, the second bottle was perfect. I contacted the owner and he said it was not his responsibility, and I had to contact the Chateau myself directly. I'm afraid Grand Vins have shirked their responsibility as a retailer.
