They sent us the DP 2012 Vintage Champagne without gift boxes and never even asked me upon ordering if I wished them with or without the gift boxes. And when contacting Catherine about that she claimed me so:
"Hello Liis,
Unfortunately, we no longer have any gift boxes available. They would have needed to be requested at the same time as the order so we could include them with the shipment. When selecting Chronopost at checkout, there is an option to request the original packaging, as all orders must be repackaged in packaging that complies with the carrier’s transport requirements. "
But the fact is there was no option to choose the package at all.
Can you please urgently repair your mistake and send us gift boxes for Vintage 2012 as they normally are sold with.
